I think its a dictatorship because Admin/Mods ban without second chances but this is a good thing because it gets rid of idiots fast.

It's been that way since 1947, but they've been making minor alterations to the government over periods of time. It started out as your average imperialistic monarchy and has been moving more Democracy since. Although, there were certain periods of time when it was a dictatorship. I would just say it's always been a monarchy, but that's it's been modified periodically and that it will continue to be modified. As for facepunch, I'm quite certain that's it's totalitarianism, and my inference would be that it comes damn close to communism. I am certain it's not a Theocracy though.
