So yeah. Week from tomorrow I leave for USAF BMT. Can I freak out yet?
I want to eventually enlist as 11x and move to 11B, and was a little worried I might be put somewhere else like 11C or something. Does that happen a lot?
Well i would think not. I asked my recruiter what 11c was and he was like, it's a mortarman don't worry you'll never be that. I guess if you have my luck you'll be a mortar. but I love my job man, i get to wake everyone the fuck up on the cop, blow the fuck out of shit, not go on every goddamn patrol.
I wouldn't worry about it though dude, they're both infantry jobs and if you enlist 11x you'll find out if you're 11b or 11c when you get to 30th AG or day one of basic. I don't know an exact 11c to 11b percentile or anything but there is a shitton less chucks than there are bangbangs so your odds are with you man.
Yes, but unfortunately it's the navy, so you will not be interested in women.
corpsman up
If a recruiter says "never", he actually means "probably".
Always wanted to join the maweenz, anyone know what I can expect from being in public with my uniform? Just curious.
Well you can't wear cammies in public, and you just look retarded wearing your uniform outside of work. Go to an airport and you'll see tons of army and a few airforce/navy guys in uniform. The only marines you'll see are boots. We take pride in NOT going in public in uniform. We work for pride, not for praise.

Is it just the Marines I've met that talk about cock all the time, or is it all of them?

This should probably be put in the OP, but IF YOU HAVE ANY HEALTH ISSUE AT ALL YOU WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Full fucking stop. OCD, maybe not, but I don't know.
And since your things are psychological/very visible, you won't be able to lie.
Why do everyone be like "he's trolling" everytime someone even mention a psychical disorder?
Why do everyone be like "he's trolling" everytime someone even mention a psychical disorder?
they don't, but if you list off some of the biggest no-go's for military service, and then ask if you're ok to serve, you look like you're trolling

Well everytime I have mentioned my disorders they have allways asked me if I was trolling
A few Chinooks passed by my house earlier.
Hooray I guess?
Marines who have been/are deployed, what do you do most of the time (for Fronties)
Smoke cigarettes, chew dip, talk about who's mom/sister/cousin is hotter, go on patrol, get shot at, come back, fill sandbags, stand post, stare into the desert, sleep. repeat.

That's pretty much the gist of it for grunts. Some POGs are a bit like that too, such as motor T and Amtracks. Airwingers spend most of their time on a flight base.
My parents will be extremely mad if I join the army or marines, so it's Airforce or Navy for me.

Army isn't half bad. I've got a bunch of friends in it and they love it- some enlisted, some officers. I was raised an army brat and it's actually not that bad.
I'm currently in Air Force ROTC and headed to field training this summer. Two years until I get that butter bar

The AirForce and the Navy have ground forces to, and we DO deploy. Especially with Marines if you're in the Navy.

hi im in airforce jrotc
(try hard avenue)
Hey guys, what are some good positions I can get for either Navy or Air Force? If not Coast gaurd.
Mile in 8.3 minutes
Currently enrolled in Swim team, my 500m is at 8:05 and 50m sprint at around 27 seconds.
I'm planning to finish University with a Degree in Mechanical engineering and Computer Science.
Probably would like aviation related things since I'm pretty much cleared for student pilot license.
My vision isnt to bad, but do need glasses to be 20/20. I'm barely off 20/20 tho.
Btw I'm 17 :/ Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.

All the services are looking for running, crunches/situps, and pushups/pullups.
If you want aviation go Navy or Airforce. Both have the same job opportunities, but Navy gets to be on boats. If you want pilot go Navy/Marines. To be a pilot however you need to be an officer, which means you'll have to go to college first. Otherwise the next best thing is Aircrew. Anything else in aviation is mechanical/electrical repair, structural repair, aircraft control, and ground services.
If you want a not so retarded life style join the airforce, if you don't want to be the butt of all the rest of the branches jokes, join Navy/Marines (you know it's true zoomies).
