I'm sorry but what You wouldn't get a car because of the badge it has?
Yes. I said I'm fussy. But part of that I blame on a subconscious association with those utes you see every now and then with the massive TOYOTA painted on the rear. So the badge reminds me more of utility cars rather than sports cars. Also it doesn't really matter with the 86, because Subaru produces them with their own badge, the BRZ of course. And I believe Subaru made the engine anyways, but as this point I'm grasping at straws haha.
Have you seen the latest one? Do you have eyeballs? If yes, then how can you come to the conclusion it's a good car? The old one was a fantastic little thing, but the new one is just bad.
[t]http://image.motortrend.com/f/roadtests/suvs/1205_2013_ford_escape_titanium_test/37000385/2013-Ford-Escape-Titanium-1-6-liter-front-right-view.jpg[/t] This looks bad? If thats bad I don't want to be good. and I own some god awful ugly cars. I never thought someone would tell me a new ford was ugly. and heres the old one. I just don't even. Look at it. It's everything wrong with the modern crossover. But no, I didn't mean the first gen Escape when I said the old one, I should have been more specific. I meant the second generation. Look at it, it's an adorable little mini-SUV. Well proportioned, and sharp to look at.
The Mazda Tribute begs to differ. [t]http://www.news10.net/images/640/360/2/assetpool/images/121204081533_ford-escape.jpg[/t] [t]http://ridingcars.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/2013-ford-escape-review-and-price-120.jpg[/t] [t]http://imganuncios.mitula.net/2013_ford_escape_se_covington_ga_98710028840748866.jpg[/t] It also only gets worse as all of these tasteless colors ALWAYS have the stock rims in the Chrome option.
It keeps getting worse because the new generations are basically crossovers. The pussy suv, where is my 4wd and locking diffs? NO YOU GET FWD and an economy engine.
[t]http://uncrate.com/p/2013/01/corvette-stingray-xl.jpg[/t] yes please
It keeps getting worse because the new generations are basically crossovers. The pussy suv, where is my 4wd and locking diffs? NO YOU GET FWD and an economy engine.
Yeah, crossovers are basically minivans with front-hinged rear doors and (usually)less space, and are only "in" beause minivans eventually caught that weird "station wagon stigma" that people originally bought them to avoid in the first place. Next thing you know, there will be a hot "new" mommymobile that will make many turn away from CUVs. [editline]25th November 2013[/editline] Addendum: That doesn't mean I hate ALL CUVs on principle, but I'm not enthused about the ones looking like overweight wagons and compacts.
Those escape have the weakest suspension I've seen in any crossovers/suv or even car. He said it was another customer's, and it was in for... bad shock replacement.
With 100k? Nissan GTR Or a 94 MR2 and a 2005 wrx sti.
I'd buy a fleet of 92 honda civics for all of AA FP to drive. Imagine us, ricing down the highway at the speed of chingchang
With a 100k you could buy enough for every day of the month. :v: Definitely buy and restore an 85 Supra, aaaand a 2007+ Legacy GT wagon. Maybe a mint Chevy 454 SS Silverado too.
brand new car (not used).
Seems like a few people are missing this part of the OP.
Seems like a few people are missing this part of the OP.
No fun allowed.
Seems like a few people are missing this part of the OP.
you could find a 85 supra that's been sitting at a toyota dealer for years never bought somewhere, i just know it.
No fun allowed.
Well no, that's just not the point of this thread. There's already a dream cars thread, you can put all your dream used cars in that.
...oh uhh...hmm I'll have to think about that for a bit. A BRZ(shocking I know), and uh...Well. I can't really think of many brand new cars I actually want. Maybe the NSX?
I would import these from japan: 1: Toyota sprinter ae86 trueno GT-APEX 85 2: Subaru impreza wrx STI 2004 3: Toyota Soarer Z10 1981 They might be cheap, but they are not easy to get here in norway...
I'd buy a fleet of 92 honda civics for all of AA FP to drive. Imagine us, ricing down the highway at the speed of chingchang
Uhhhh Can mine be a CRX please? I can not be seen drivn' a sedan. Its un..... me.

Now if it was a fleet of Crown Vics, we could just bulldoze anything in our path with a mountain of steel.

Accept it. Learn what it feels like when dat VTEC bulldoze's into a treeeeeeeeee. Will make you become a man.... Slightly paralyzed.
I'd get a Cadillac CTS-V Coupe. [t]http://www.cadillac.com/content/dam/Cadillac/Global/master/nscwebsite/en/home/Vehicles/2014_Vehicles/2014_CTS_V_Coupe/Model_Overview/01_images/2014-cts-v-coupe-performance-chassis-bucket-454x145.jpg[/t] [editline]28th November 2013[/editline] In black.
I feel that car would look so much better if it lost weight, or rather, height :v:
In person, it's a lot slimmer in terms of height. That picture makes it look pretty wide, I agree. [editline]28th November 2013[/editline] [t]http://wingsofamerica.net/wp-content/img/2013/11/2013-cadillac-cts-v-coupe-hdcar-and-driver-blog----cadillac-cts-3fdfbyh9.jpg[/t] Here's another picture of it. Maybe it was an earlier model that I saw the other day. Either way, I still think it's a really nice car.
Do they still make a Cts-v wagon? One of those with a manual would be kick ass
I've been wanting a CTS-V Wagon for a while. And they still make em ; http://www.cadillac.com/cts-v-luxury-wagon.html
Made one in the configurator, searched for one nearby exactly how I set it up and found one near by exactly how I wanted it..except it has an automatic. :( [editline]28th November 2013[/editline] 75k for the one I want
