Someone told me it wasn't him. There was 1 video of it on youtube but it didn't get sent around like this new one did. It got removed due to terms of use violation

That can be the case, but then again if Danny's family would of wanted it removed, I'm sure they would of wanted everything else removed. I'm almost sure they got the tricycle video removed to back up Danny's death(Which is the lie).

I know this clip could be any Valentine's Day, but since js1jeep posted that he's seen TG speeding around town, it's verified that he IS still alive. Also, if you're curious, they bleep out "Kroger" in this clip. That's the supermarket that the assholes that built the place misplaced to bathrooms (LOL), and remember, "Danny's" son went to a job interview there, and now the first guy in the clip (sounds very similar to his son) is advertising Kroger Valentine's Day cookies, and its special manager's discount.

Alright, I believe someone wanted non-social network proof the name of the man who is the Tourettes Guy is "Dan Smith", am I right?
Well, after searching this name on ZabaSearch, I found this:

First off, you can see the "A" initial for his middle name, which was signified as his middle name in a deleted scene of the Tourettes Guy videos, aka the "Your Ass" scene.
Next, with a birth date of February 1967, this would give him the age of 42, also linking him to his myspace, in which we know for 100% is him.
Third, it states he lives in Columbus, Ohio, we KNOW is where he lives.
Then, I went further, and put this address in a real estate site and got this:

It states at the address is a condomium, which explains the episode where he threw cans at the wall, screaming at neighbors to turn down their music.

Thanks, I try to make sure there is enough proof to back things up before I post it. You had a reasonable stance, and I actually found that exact thing a while ago on Intelius and believed what you believed, but I found it hard to get a lot otherwise to convince me he was the tourettes guy, so I was kind of discouraged from that theory.
