No problem. I will be fine transferring you some money to get the deposit or whatever paid for. Perhaps you should split it between x amount of people and those people who pay the deposit get put on the confirmed list? That's a good way to ensure that we don't fill up the attending list with faggots who have no intention of coming

Maybe if people confirm they are coming by booking travel arrangements and sending me proof, that way I know they're committed and can generate a final list from there. That way I can get the quote and split the costs between us.
I also need to know if people are over 18 or not before I send off the list.
If it's definitly the 23rd then me and my brother Cabbalistic will be coming. Does it have to paid in advance or can I pay you on the day for both of us. I'm 17 and he's 14.
I'd really prefer to be paid in advance so I have some sort of guarantee and that I don't end up paying for someone who drops out.

That doesn't really work for me - what if I book tickets and then for some reason we don't go ahead with it? It's not easy to get ticket refunds
What I would suggest is a volunteer list of people - but say that if they volunteer then drop out, they either have to pay their deposit anyway or be permabanned

Okay I've updated the interested list, as it stands we have 27 people interested. I'm giving you guys 5 days from now to ask to be added or removed from the list, after this I'm going to email the company and request a quote, then I'll divide the total cost and let you all know how much it will be each.
Remember you have to be certain that you can make it, because once I've received the money and booked it, I'm not giving refunds to people who suddenly change their minds. So ask your parents if you can go if you're under 18, make sure you have the traveling arrangements to get yourselves to London Fenchurch Street Station at 10:30am at the [b]latest[/b]. It's also your responsibility to get to and from London. Also, bring plenty of money for Taxis, extra Paintballs and Food.
I think there will be a mix of skill which will be good, I just hope there aren't any cockends who take it too seriously, we're going for a laugh after all, not to win a tournament.
