47% of XB1 retail games run at 1080p

This is bound to change somewhat in the future, but is a good pointer towards how resolutions and framerates in consoles are at the moment.

Not as often, and it depends on the game. The xbox one is factually weaker. That said holy fanboyism you two. It doesn't matter much, the xbox could run a slightly weaker port without issue for sure, this game isn't using a newer game engine, last I checked this is UE 3.0.
This is a PC game for me anyhow, as are most FPS.

Obviously it can. What sort of question is that? It supports HDMI, why would it not support the most common output standards?
The Xbox 360 can also run things at 1080p and 60fps. So can the PS3.
Heck, the PS2 can run things in 1080i @ 60fps.
The Xbone and the PS4 can also theoretically output 4k (likely 60fps), but we probably aren't gonna see that any time soon except for in movie playback.
