Thanks. I've been looking around and there are so many different kits I could do. I just want a current simple infantry kit and there is just so much on there I can't find anything.
Argh. My MAG midcaps hold 65, minus 20 because they don't feed with all of them in. Doofus' (oh boy did you all meet him...) hold 85 and they all feed perfectly.
I am disappointed MAG.
Here's what I have for a Russian BDU and vest. I know that they are a bit mis-matched but from what I know current Russian gear is pretty mis-matched anyway.

You would want a 6sh92-5 or 6sh104
I know, I just really like the vest I had above. You're probably right though, I'll go with one of the two you said.

There I changed it.
Does anyone actually make an Airsoft RPD?

HSC Airsoft made one. Not sure if they're still in production though.
Would I be able to get away with making a German loadout with an AUG or would I just look like a noob?

Pretty sure you would be able to get away with it.
What are some good forums for asking about Russian gear? I know theres a website for this kind of thing but I forget the url.
I found a wonderful guide here. http://www.illinoisairsoft.com/index.php?topic=3234.0
Too bad I found it after I had already invested all of my equipment money and bought a shitty vest when I could have got an authentic for $20 more. I bought my jacket and pants from www.redsoldier.com btw. They were really great on customer support when I ordered the wrong size and the stuff delivered fast both times. The prices aren't bad either, I think they ship to Canada but I'm not sure.

Awesome, thanks for the link. That will help alot.

I go in with MARPAT and a SIG 552, I'm sure you can use flecktarn with an AUG.
Are magnified RDS or regular RDS more useful for my M15A4 Carbine? I'm looking at a 2x zoom RDS and a no-zoom RDS. Just looking for personal opinions.

CQB or Field? What situations do you often find yourself in?
I would say no zoom.
Does this seem about right for a modern German loadout?

Pretty much what my team wears, with the exception of some of use using Flecktarn helmet covers. It would look as if your standard soldier would wear the harness over the Flak jacket. My friend in this picture has the flak jacket, but he says it gets way too hot and isn't worth it.
http://i221.photobucket.com/albums/dd42/reinahlquist/DSC04732.jpg
But I've seen other pictures showing an even more modern german loadout. Their new vests look similar to MOLLE webbing, but the rows of fabric are thinner. Flecktarn.co.uk had some, but they are insanely expensive.

You could also look at German Special Forces later on, such as the KSK, whose gear tends to consists of the more common MOLLE plate carriers. For me making a KSK loadout is much more practical, as MOLLE pouches and vests are easier to deal with than the german web gear in my opinion. My friend has realized this as well once he bought my old plate carrier.

I prefer more simple loadouts, but the IdZ vest is something I may look into in the future if I can find them in stock anywhere else. The IdZ vest looks like it would be a lot cooler in warmer weather than a plate carrier. Last summer my friend had to stop using his Interceptor because he was overheating so much.

That looks awesome.

The only time I can stand wearing my Interceptor is in Winter. There's no way in hell I can wear it in Summer.
I can wear my CIRAS up to around 80 or so, even then I have plenty of water on me. Anything higher and I'm switching to a chest rig.
I always wear a light chest rig. I don't see why people need huge vests with every single pouch invented.
Well when I snipe with my SR-25, the Interceptor helps regulate my breathing when prone. I don't have any pouches on it though. So really all mine does is keep my rate of breathing steady and controlled.
Sounds weird but it works for me.
normally in the heat at the moment here (british person here so we dont really do heat we do rain and cold-ness) im just running my DPM's with a mesh facemask and a single 300 round high cap with a little speedloader carrying 2000 extras i carry around about a litre of water with me in the other pocket of my trousers surprisingly its not noisy at all but its odd to run with the extra weight on one leg

It's because airsoft is 80% fashion show.

For me, I carry a bunch of stuff, hence the need for a plate carrier. Keep in mind the games around me have really gone to hell so I need more ammo than typically needed. I also like to avoid wearing a belt and leg rigs if at all possible
-4x Rifle Hicaps w/ pouches
-3x Pistol Mags w/pouches
-MP7 or FPG mags w/pouches (Yes I do carry 3 guns at times)
-Serpa Holster w/ P226
-Utility pouch with basic tools for quick on field repairs
-Radio + Pouch
-Hydration Carrier
-Admin pouch, holds keys, phone, etc
-Dump Pouch
(Optional)
-2x 203 shells + pouches
-Shotgun shell pouch

I carry
- 1 ak hicap, 5 ak midcaps, w/ pouches
- 2x pistol mags w/ pouches
- AK74u
- 1911 MOLLE holster w/ KJW Xcelerator
- DE Tri-Shot M1014
- Utility pouch with camera supplies and batteries
- Radio + Pouch
- Admin pouch, holds my keys, phone, and wallet
- Dump Pouch
- Shotgun Shell pouch
I carry:
-CA X-series M4
-2x3 M4 mag stacker pouch (about 320 rnds)
-2x1 M4 mag stacker pouch (about 80 rnds)
-Dump pouch
That's all I need  Can't see why I'd need anything else, maybe a shotgun shell pouch when I finally get that M1014. Might look into a camelback, probably not out of necessity but I need to balance the weight of my vest.
