Yeah, but shipping will rape my sideways as it is. I ripped the foam around my ESS goggles out and it seemed to help. With a G&G Turbofan it'd probably be even better. Only problem is the lenses are scratched to hell and back. Revisions are a little out of my price range too.
Just buy a new lens then, the replacements don't cost that much. Haven't had my ESS goggles fog at all.
I also wear glasses. I'm pretty sure that a lot of the reason everything fogs as bad as they do on me. ESS goggles don't fit well with glasses anyway.
Can't find any Vietnam era fatigues there. Am I looking in the wrong place or...?
Oh I showed you it for the gear, they have pretty cheap ALICE gear. I don't think they have vietnam fatigues

Ah true. My dad ran into the same problem yesterday trying to wear the ESS goggles with his glasses too.
Someone should make a eyewear thread. Everyone without exception has to have some sort of eyewear and considering that most of the reviews (Or lack therefore of) on sites suck I'd be a good source of information.
So if anyone could recommend me one of those goggles on Kastway that will fit my glasses and not fog. Hopefully with the nose piece open so I can use a Brassguard.

Those Dust and Wind Goggles I have fit perfectly and have a nice field of vision (No scratches or anything like that)
But they're not ASNI rated or whatever it is you need, I'm pretty sure they'd break.

That's where Sweetie got her shit and she has a decent vietnam loadout. If she would get on more, she could answer your questions.

I wear glasses too, ESS turbofan strikers are actually designed for people with glasses so its all good.
So I gather that Revision Desert Locusts paired with either a Brassgaurd or an Ironface will not fog? Is a Brassgaurd or an Ironface better and where can I buy them?

Yes, I use DL's with the Brassguard, no fogging. I've heard Brassguard is pretty much top of the line for this kind of thing.
can i PLEASE get an answer?
I'd give you one but I don't know shit about G36's.

I need a PMC type CQB loadout, there's an army surplus store near hear, as well as a store that I've never been to that sells 5.11 stuff. Last I remember, the surplus store didn't have a lot of MOLLE, so I need a good, cheap vest.
What type of vest?
Ravenwood, the PMC in the TV Show Jericho during the 2nd season wore Black Polos, Khaki Cargo pants and this vest;

It's pretty modular too. Most Surplus Stores will rip you the fuck off, but most carry them if that's all you're limited too.
Any MOLLE vest really. Preferably around $40-50, since I have to buy pouches too.

That looks good, but you could also get that 60 dollar rig w/ the m16 mag pouches on the front

Should I get:

or

I'm going to have a really tight budget as I am planning on getting Desert Locusts as well.
The first one makes you look like a badass alien. I'm getting the latter because it's cheaper and has a lower profile.
[editline]6th December 2010[/editline]
Also, even cheaper.

Knock-Off Brass-Guard.
