Can anyone find ballistic lenses for this gasmask? So it'd be usable in airsoft? I dunno if that's the right size for me yet though.
http://www.centerfiresystems.com/GASMASK-M85-MED.aspx
Keep in mind I gotta buy this exact thing, maybe in a different size, for my STALKER loadout. Dunno if it's safe to wear in airsoft though so I ask you guys. :v:
Yeah. Why?
I saw a picture of yours and it looked so sexy and I must have it and am trying to decide between 20 different brands of AKs for STALKER loadout.
The Dboys is pretty awesome, the exteriors are quite sexy I will agree. If you can afford it, try going for a VFC.
It'd look sexier with you holding it. :ohdear: I'll have a job soon hopefully so I will save for the VFC if I can.
How long as Ebaybanned been down? I wanted to order a brass guard and one of those neat 1:6 scale military figures since I'm basically done Xmas shopping.

He's coming onto you, Stupideye.
Ill get a hot pic of it with me holding it when I get it back;)
So.. does anyone know why Ebaybanned is down? Is it just some sort of strain on their servers from the Xmas rush or did the Chinese Government have a shit fit and took them down again?
I've always had an interest of making videos, but I really have no way to do it while playing airsoft, anyone know of any good helmet cams or any cameras that can strap onto my goggles or something?

:flashfap:
I must do research on this gasmask.

ASGI just added one that mounts to a goggle strap (Among other things)
Do CASVs have bottom rails? If not, you'd have been better off getting an SIR or RIS2 or whatever the S-system rail is. Still awesome though.
Yeah they do. They have 360 degree rail coverage. It comes with rails that you screw into the hand guard where you want them.

Go Pro Hero HD. It's what I use for my videos. The wide angle lens makes it easier to film your surroundings like you would see in person. The waterproof case also works very well as a protector against bbs, unlike the Contour which has no protection for the lens. Trust me, you'll want something to protect it, I know there's some people who deliberately try to aim for my camera.
HD Version goes for $300, can film in 1080P
http://www.goprocamera.com/products/hd-helmet-hero-camera.php
Or this newer, cheaper model. The HD Hero 960 for $180. Can film up to 960p (4:3) or 720p (16:9) at 30fps. This would get you the same results you see in my videos, as I tend to use the 720p @30fps on mine to cut down on the file size.

ffs it sounds like you play with a bunch of douchebags

I say it's normally only 1 or 2 people who may try in a day out of 40+. Even then they're normally aiming for the blinking red light on the camera, does sort of give me away afterall. I'm just too lazy to cover it.

Ah, I thought they were deliberately trying to kill your camera or someshit.
Got one of those little "film your skateboarding tricks" cameras. It got shot up pretty good.

Contour HD.
[editline]8th December 2010[/editline]
Ah, I thought they were deliberately trying to kill your camera or someshit.
there was a team of massive douchebags which didn't want me to catch them cheating while filming who have tried to shoot out my camera before.
sadly for them i stuck a 1/4 inch plate of plexiglass between the camera and the BBs.
If I had a helmet, The cheaper camera that Ender linked me would probably be easier, but I don't have a helmet, and the Contour is more expensive on GI but I can put it on my goggles, can somebody post a list of cons or something to each of them? I usually use a boonie and junk too, would it be possible to wear the Go Pro hero on that by mounting it on the shell loops or something?
My SR25 has ROF problems. While shooting, the ROF will decrease from like, 9 bb/s to Im guessing 3. It will randomly start shooting a full ROF and then randomly drop off again. Its not the battery, it does that with any I put in there. Is it the motor, wiring, fuse?
it has to be eletrical!!!!!
Probably motor, if it was bad wiring or the fuse it probably wouldn't work at all.
Check motor height ??
In the end it's about the footage
Side by side:

Airsoft videos of both:
Contour HD

Go Pro HD by Ender

From what I have heard, neither are very good in dark lighting. As far as mounting, the Contour comes with a goggle strap mount out of the box and is much more shapely for a mount like that as opposed to the Go Pro.
Alright, Ill try swapping out motors with my M16 tomorrow.
you don't HAEV to swap... just check teh mortars height
I dont see why the height would effect ROF...? With height, I've found, its either working or horrible screeching noises.
wow punk be that fucekr way
try the m16 motor
tell us how it works
if it doesn't work send me sr25 to repair (in otherwords keep 4 ever)
I read a review about the two on an engadget article, I think I like the Contour better because it can just mount to my goggles and how it's easier to use apparently but HNNNG the price.
