Ni-Cads need to be discharged after every use because they're cheap. If you leave them charged they'll die out on you quick. Don't leave batteries connected to the gun, it doesn't do either of those items any good.

Most are actually made by Bravo or generic Chinese Company #4, Bravo's are much better.

Four big ones-
Hurricane (AKA the best. Best quality you can get aside from a real eotech)
G&P (Also very nice, basically the same as hurricane)
Bravo/Element (Decent, hard to beat for 50-60 bucks)
ACM (Kinda crap)

These are some cheap as hell optics that are generally decent but with minor quality defects. Definitely worth considering if you don't want to spend too much.

It doesnt have a flip-up in KWA's site, and it doesn't say it does in ASGI. They just have it on the pics to make it look cooler.

CA or G&G M14? I'm looking for internal quality over performance, though obviously accuracy is appreciated.
G&G is better from what I remember during my M14 research before I got mine.
