How are those magazines? They seem really cheap, but I've heard pretty good things about MAG, especially for the price.

They are orgasmic. Pretty much the best AK mags on the market that you can buy for cheap.
Damn fast reply, and helpful as usual.
I think I've pretty much found [B]everything[/B] I need, except for maybe a legit Russian chest rig/LBV, I've got a generic Bulle one that'll do though.

Take your pick.
I like those, do want.
Hmm, maybe.
Although I'd love to get my hands on a 6B series vest, I don't think I'm willing to shell out that much money. I think I'll stick with my chest rig for now, and possibly get a modern-russian vest/chest rig later on.

One more question, which models of the Kalashnikovs had the ribbed upper receiver? I'm seeing the AK-74 and the AK-74M with both ribs and with the standard smooth reciever like the 47 model.
maybe it's some AKM
also 6b13 with molle
335 DOLLARS FUCK YES

AKMs started the trend, and it was followed by just about every model that came after it.

Ah, alright. Was somewhat worried I'd have to pay for another reciever.
Well, so far my shopping list for the gun comes to about $200, without the gun itself.
NATO stuff is dirt cheap because it's so conformist. Warsaw Pact gear are not popular items so you need to buy the real stuff.

True dat. Soviet/Warsaw gear is just so much sexier because of that as well.
G&G never made a AK-74, did they? I know they made a AK-103 or someshit, but I haven't seen a G&G AK-74.
Not that it matters all too much, I wouldn't have access to it here in Canadaland anyways.

No, but an AK-103 looks close enough to an AK-74 to me.

Yeah, I guess so. IRL one's chambered for M43 and the other is 5N7, but the mags are interchangable in Airsoft anyhow.
I've only got access to G&G AK-47's, and I'd really like an AK-74 with G&G's internals and such.

G&G makes spectacular internals, it would almost be worth buying a G&G AK47 and getting a Guarder kit for it.
That's what I'm planning on doing, except taking it a step further and replacing the flash hider and gas block along with the furnishings. I'm keeping the upper receiver though, since I don't really care much for the ribbed receiver anyways. I think the only thing besides the receiver that I'm not replacing is the front sight post, since I really don't care enough.
Just hoping all the parts will fit well enough together that I won't have to spend [I]too[/I] much time fitting it.

Well, good luck bro.
Well, thanks for your help, saved me lots of time. :buddy:
If I put this up for sale somewhere, do you think anyone would be interested at all? I'm looking for a trade, people can request prices if they just want to buy it, probably no more then $150 because the rifle with the kit sells for about $120.
[img_thumb]http://www.cubeupload.com/files/99ec3fdscn0770.jpg[/img_thumb]
UTG 'Master Sniper' barely used (Less then 40 rounds through it) the package would include the scope, bi-pod, sling, two magazines, speed loader (On request), the gun an the adjustable butt-pads. All come in the original box, (The Sniper's box is alittle beat up). If someone buys it, they have to pay for shipping, otherwise trades are left to the respective person as per shipping costs. Only to US residents.
That's all, like i said, no cosmetic damages, extremely barely used, and I'm reasonable with prices and trades.
[editline]04:04PM[/editline]
The scope is a 4x32 UTG 'True Strength' scope.
[editline]04:13PM[/editline]
Scope alone is a $40 value, I also include the scope mounts with it. Again, no damage, I barely ever used these things. There was a time when I first started and was younger where I thought "Bolt-Action Sniper would be cool!" then I grew out if when I got it and saw how useless it is to the way I like to play.
I'll trade you a box of lemons, and three jars of spiced peaches.
Man I sold my UTG M324 off for $20. Hated that gun, inaccurate as hell. I did hang on to the scope though.
I'll give you three magic beans for that sniper rifle of yours.
Alright, new item for you guys to appraise.
TM P90, less then 3,000 rounds put through it. It includes original packaging, it's the rail version and I'll throw in the Low-Cap and a Hi-Cap along with a battery and if so wished a trickle charger with it.
[editline]08:38PM[/editline]
No cosmetic damages, still runs. What do you think someone would be willing to buy that for, or what a fair trade may be for?
If i didn't think TM's were a waste of money at least for people who open up there guns i would be intrested. A Fair trade would be maybe any gun in the 150-200$ range
Lets see, what would they cost new.
TM P90TR -$290
P90 Hicap- $42
Battery- ~$30
Charger- ~30
Total = $392
Condition: lightly used so subtract 15-20% (If you're lucky, people are cheap bastards and will often want 30% off or more no matter what condition)
Selling price = $330-310
I like to keep the prices in nice solid numbers that can be paid in $10's and $20's.
The P90 isn't a 'waste' of money. The gun is beautiful and elegant, although not terribly functional. The Hi-Caps suck, the magazines are too long and you can't have a fast reload with the thing and I tragically NEVER play CQB games.
So getting rid of it in return for something more up my ally or for some spare cash for whatever else may be an option. I'm -considering- it. I adore TM and this thing will NEVER die so we'll see.
Just considering.
TM is meh IMO. They're overpriced for what you get. I'd love a P90 if the mags weren't so huge and I wouldn't get that M4 mag converter cause it looks fucking stupid.
Thanks Ender, that was extremely informative, rated as such. Rated your UTG post as well.
I may have to just trade my UTG for something small, but I don't need/want it.
[editline]09:39PM[/editline]
Rated Cubeman as well.
If you have something you don't want and could really care less about it, sell it cheap, it goes faster. Offer great discounts for friends. I actually just give some gear away to some of my teammates when I no longer need it, or we just trade stuff that we both could use.
I found a SHIT ton of vests off of a link on [url]www.red-alliance.com[/url] I will more than likely get my vest off of here.
[url]http://www.russiancombatgear.com/lbv.php[/url]
Actually EVERYTHING on this site is awesome! I know what I'm doing once I get another $100. I should never have bought that shitty OE Tech vest.(Beginners mistake)
What OE Tech vest did you get that you dislike now?
Also, the only problem with those sights are the shipping costs. Other then that they have some really good deals.
