The wood on the Kalash 74un is great. I have one. Very solid stuff.
Is it overall worth it?
How are SRC's M16-pattern rifles and Kalashnikov's compared to G&G's?
I've heard good things about their M16's, I can't vouch for their Kalashnikovs.
They some have barrel wobble I've heard.
Is it overall worth it?
Yes for sure. It's a awesome gun for the price. Range is surprisingly pretty good and the only problem I've had after a year is some loose pins (just pop them back in).
Alright, cool. Isn't it like 20 inches long or so when the stock is folded? Also, how big of a stick battery can it hold and how's the battery it comes with?

Just measured it, it's 19 1/2 inches folded. It can hold pretty much any battery, theres tons of room in there. The battery that comes with it is better then most that come with China guns actually. I use it as a backup for my good battery.
So I bought a KWA Glock 18 and I did a little research on KWA and KSC. I have a bunch of questions.
1. Is KSC still the OEM for KWA? I know that KWA stopped selling the Glocks in the US and maybe other countries, but from what I understand KSC is still making and selling them. Can someone fully explain the KWA/KSC connection?
2. What the hell is System 7? I've seen it on a few of their guns and can't figure out what it is.
3. What are the differences between the US, Taiwan, and Japan versions of their pistols?
4. How long was the P226 made for? I've seen some references to it on their forums but it seems like they weren't out for very long.
Sorry if I seem stupid.
Does anyone know how a GP30/GP25 attaches to an AK?
This is for CAWs BG15 but in Japanese?

The only detailed pictures of a GP series I could find. This is GP30.

Alright guys,
I have a JG G36c, and the batteries I have can't hold a charge half as well as a drunk can hold his own liquor. I have one shitty China-made 1100 maH Battery and one Intellect 1400 maH battery. Both of these said batteries are 8.4V minis, does anyone have any ideas on what I can do about this, I have a birthday coming up so unless the battery is solid gold price isn't really an issue
NiCad or NiMh? Do you completely discharge before charging? How long do you charge them for?
NiMh everytime. NiCad are terrible. Charging time varies battery to battery. You have to discharge NiCads everytime but I discharge my NiMh's too now to be safe.
That is true. I think all Intellects are NiMh but if the other one is NiCad then that's the problem right there. you HAVE to discharge them, they have a tendency to explode on occasion. If you get a smart charger, that will help out a TON. But once a battery is fucked, it's pretty much fucked.
I always buy intellect.
So I think my next guns are;
1. Carbine Conversion Kit for my Glock
2. Glock ?? (Possible. I need to figure out who sells a selective fire Glock.)
3. M9 Pistol (KWA, KJW, what have you)
4. M16 (As close as the current issue one I can get)
Okay, I'ma ask again, just because I really need an answer asap.
G&G AK-47 or an SRC AK-47?
I found this thing:
http://www.007airsoft.com/gngvssrc.htm
which compares the two companies' M4's, and it seems SRC is the better choice, but I'd like more opinions.
I know G&G has a spotless reputation. And I don't think anyone in here has a an SRC. There's probably a reason for that.
G&G, no one has an SRC so I wouldn't trust them until someone actually buys one of them.
I wonder if I could buy a G&G and put a CA body on it. I love those markings.

Any reason you couldn't?
I'm not sure if they'd fit correctly, I'd assume so but I'm not positive if "All AR's are created equally." and I'd hate to be $300-$400 down the road and find out they don't fit.
Hm, I think I will just go with the G&G. I have actually owned a G&G GR16 CQB-R, with a couple aftermarket parts, and I loved it.
Thanks again, guys.
G&G have their own markings, and I prefer that over any. I'm glad I bought my G4-A5 before G.I. started putting that Clown on the receiver.
I've had an SRC before, it was an M4 with a solid stock. It shot a little straighter than my current G&G out of the box, but the body was ABS plastic and broke itself at the pin next to the fire selector. I know next to nothing about their AK series though, but I'd warn to stay away from their plastic-bodied guns.
CodeMonkey, the KWA Glocks are no longer made. I've looked just about everywhere for them, I can't find ANY. Your only way to get one is to find one used somewhere, which again is hard because people who have them tend to not want to sell them. Even then, be wary of shitty counterfeit ones. KWA posted some ways to tell, it comes down to: the mag floorplate has a hole in it so you don't have to slide it out, the slide's inside is perfectly smooth, and the orange tip is a separate part, made of some sort of plastic. The real ones also have no trigger safety.
And reposting my questions:

You can buy a complete slide assembly and a complete frame assembly for a KWA Glock 18 on Evike, but it's Evike.
System 7 is a new blowback unit, nozzle, piston and floating valve. The magazine valve has also been redesigned. This adds up to more power, better blowback, and a better shooting experience.
It did begin with the PTP, but bits and pieces have been trickling out in other guns. The Nozzle is similar to the Glock, the piston first appeared in the series 2 1911 and the magazine valve is the latest change.
Didn't you post those same 4 questions exactly the same way about 10 times earlier?
i posted it twice before and got an answer for one of them. Thanks to 64k for clearing that one up.
Maybe the reason why no one is answering is because we don't know the exact answers ourselves.
As for the P226 question, the gun itself was a disaster at release. The blowback chamber on them were exploding within the first couple hundred shots, so they were recalled. They may have reintroduced them, but they did so quietly. I know AEX sells them.

Ah, OK. Are the KJW P226's any good?
