Help - Does anyone have an easy walk through or advice on how to put a CIRAS back together?
What do you mean "back together"? Found these:
Help - Does anyone have an easy walk through or advice on how to put a CIRAS back together?
You just had to pull the cord didn't you? I've never pulled mine, fearing that it would be a bitch to put back together, which it does look like.
I hope that looks complicated cause I'm a gear noobie.
What do you mean "back together"? Found these:
See above. Thanks, although they don't help very much. I understand everything up to the straps in the back (Cummerband) and it's not very detailed. Also they use words I don't know.
The Dacron is that white tie, and the grommet is that metal ring.
Ech. I had the same problem as you at one point... though in fairness, I did pull the cord. It's not terribly complicated to reconstruct, it's just time consuming. Try youtubing it if this doesn't help, I think I found a video at one point.
Yeah, words like Dacron. Nothing on youtube. I got it back together, those instructions really need to be more clear (picture wise) but I got it together, may need to tighten it but I got it. Didn't even hook up the pull cord, fuck it, I'll take my chances in Airsoft. Fits pretty well, looks pretty good, it's a mixed feeling because now I need to spend some more money and pick up extra pouches, patches, a new uniform and a holster etc. [img_thumb]http://www.cubeupload.com/files/ed3fc1dscn0849.jpg[/img_thumb]
Are you going to actually play in it? As in, actually play?
What do you mean exactly? Why would I not? Compared to playing in an Interceptor this would be cooler at least.
Chairsoft, that's what I mean
Oh, no then. I won't.
This will hold it. But with any non molded, universal holster, watch out for you mags. With these holsters they have a tendency to bump into the mag release. But since you have a KP45 (USP for the rest of you) you shouldn't have to worry since it has a different style of mag release. I'm slowly getting back into airsoft, and I just got my standard JG R36C back in working order. Before I shell out and buy something with little-to-no advice, does anyone know of a decent, sensibly price gas shotgun?
What a really good feeling and looking airsoft gun for around $300, something like an M60, BAR, MG42, ect. It doesn't necessarily have to shoot well or have a good gearbox and whatnot.
Are you buying this for decor only?
Probably as some sort of prop. Hell, I'd use it more as a prop and occasionally use it at games.
Well, first of all, I need to know what the age limit for Airsoft is I'm 13 and live in the north east of the UK. Would you reccomend me buying a gun or hiring if I'm allowed for my first time? How much would it usually cost to go for one day?
$0-20 a day.
Hey guys, what can a 390fps rifle do to skin if shot around 35feet away?
Most likely a welt. What are you doing.
Just asking, My Rifle came rated 380-410fps. Even though advertised to be 330-350fps. So its safe then. Because I heard some people saying anything over 360fps is overdo.
What are some other good sites besides GI? How's WGC Shop?
WGCShop is great, You will see alot of out of stock for items but that's just because they like keeping the pictures up for future reference. EhobbyAsia is great AEX is great Hotspotairsoft is great but stock is low Airsoft Atlanta is really great
Thanks, man. I like GI, but they have very little selection. No Electric Pistols, no helmet covers, small choice from each brand etc. OMG, Ehobbyasia actually has stuff in stock!

FUUUUU Gi has shit all, but free shipping. EhobbyAsia is so much cheaper, and has more items, but argh! Now what?
