Man, in Malaysia its banned. We have to play on private lands away from the city and if possible civilization. We tried to legalize it but our asshole Minister of Sports and Recreation wont sign the papers. Only one signature left before legalizing airsoft. :(
Sounds like a similar situation to Canada. But in Canada airsoft guns are banned because soccer moms don't want their precious little children to be exposed to anything violent. The law is really only in place to make the soccer moms feel better though it seems like because it's not a well enforced law within Canada, it's only well enforced on the importation of airsoft guns, and even then it's not that well enforced either in some cases.

Where in Malaysia are you? I miss PJ and being hit on by chinese girls (even though I was too damn stupid to recognise it at the time!) :( I do NOT however miss durian burps.

Hey, I'm one of those clearsoft kiddies who are converting to some good stuff and I really need to know, Coyote Tan tac vest with ACU's? If not tell me what would work I've got a friend whose yard blends PERFECTLY with ACU. Yes ACU blends in somewhere its amazing right?\ I plan to wear ACU pants wth the Tan vest and a black shirt underneath, PMC kinda look.
Coyote tan looks good with ACU.
For a PMC look, you should consider Kahkis with a tan/cb vest with a black polo.
That would save me quite a bit as I'm wearing a black polo.... You know? I really like this board.
It's not just allowed, it's huge in the phillipines.
I also heard that the airsoft club in Dubai is run by overseas Filipino workers. The field I frequent is just down the street from my school.
Hah, my mom still eats Durian.
That's not all she eats. :smug:
Stupideye has his old avatar back!
Hazzah, no more slapping asses!! Oh....wait.
Aww, I thought you were going to get a Full Metal Jacket avatar?
Yeah well Darksamus told me that they are going to be banning people with the NSFW avatars soon so I had to get rid of it. And yes, venom, I just need to find a .gif.
Wow. I wasn't aware Facepunch was safe for work.
Animal Mother .gif avatar now.
Yes. Also, I might want to venture into the world of Li-Polys. Anything I need to know? Do you think my 552 could take it?
By the way, I'll probably buy the M16, and get a stock in the event I NEED it.
What brand is the Sig, and what kinda voltage LiPo are you looking at? I mean, honestly, the danger of LiPo's is overrated- you are shortening your guns lifespan, yes. But that's because a guns lifespan is measured in rounds, and you're putting more of them downrange faster with a LiPo.
I also really like these ones: But it wouldn't be possible to get them to 80x80 and under 102.kb I think.

I'd have gone for the first gif.
Voltage, not size haha.
Well, I have a conundrum. My 12 year old neighbor has a tacticool plastic M4A1 look alike SOCOM airsoft rifle. I've always wanted to start airsoft, and want to show him how much his gun sucks and need to bring him to a match at the nearest outdoors airsoft arena. I'm looking for a starter rifle, and found a Combat Machine RK47 on GIAirsoft for around 165 USD. Yeah, it doesn't have a battery, or a charger, but it comes with some BBs which are said to be very well in the reviews of the rifle. Does anyone have a better suggestion, or tips? I have some good protective clotheing that also functions as camoflague, just some eye protect past cheap plastic glases.
As a starter, you're better off getting one with a battery and charger although please monitor the charger when charging because the charger will most certainly be shit. The BBs that come with the guns aren't to be trusted and get proper eye protection. If you read the sticky, you'll find the starter gun suggestions. Please kick your friends ass when you do play. You sound like a respectable guy.
I read the Airsoft idiots thread right before any of the stickies, so I just wanted to get an idea of what not to be. Also, this kid has shot his cute little cat with the damn gun. Also, he has put his copy of Modern Warfare 2 in a toaster because he was pissed at people better than him (this is also his favorite game). :colbert:

That kid needs his ass kicked BADLY. You have a mission. At least you're doing things the right way, I suggest you wait for better advice from the guys like Ender and others. They know more than me. Images of the jackets I could use Heavy leather jacket: warm, sticks out during the day, but offers protection against pellets and all in all looks nice: [IMG_thumb]http://imgur.com/HhJL5.jpg[/IMG_thumb] Old USMC jacket: less hot, blends with background, plenty of pouches sewn on by original owner, but is thinner. I've been using it while fishing in case I get snagged by hooks, and it works well for that, as well as holding fishign weights and such. [img_thumb]http://imgur.com/bUfp1.jpg[/img_thumb]
bring the usmc jacket. [editline]05:39AM[/editline]
qoutes
oh derp
