I've heard that the ICS Sigs are good.
They're better than the JG ones at least.
My automerge is gonna cry for this, but what do you guys do to protect your crotch area? Just a random question.
I don't, it's not that big of an issue for me because I usually never get shot there and when I do it bounces off the pants.
But the FPS limits here are higher so I'm slightly scared.
If your parts are pressed up against your pants and there's some slack, it could potentially hurt. Otherwise the fabric covering your crotch area is generally too thick and/or stretched taught.
Kman, G&G is awesome for the price. KWA is being recommended left and right but they're a bit pricier than VFC or G&G. I could tell you which to get if I had one to look at the internals of it. G&Gs are plastic though, but it's really really nice plastic. If you don't believe me, look at GI's torture test for the G4 (which is made from a G&G)
How are KJW's P226's? Someone from JOCAirsoft is willing to sell me one for relatively cheap, and I've heard pretty good things about the KJW. Maybe not as good as the TM, but I like the metal slide.
KJW is pretty decent, lots of people around here have KJW guns and I don't hear much complaining about them.

Alright, I want to make a loadout like Bradley Cooper's in The A-Team. How would I accomplish that? Like this Another angle The thing is, I want it with OD green pants. My airsoft field always puts the PMCs with the ACUs, and I prefer to fight on the Woodland side. I like the challenge, I guess.

Call me a noob, but I find them useful. Just have to find the right manufacturer.
Someone else who likes Crossdraws!!! And you white people and your Shemaghs. [editline]05:34PM[/editline] Also, Hi, Mid or Low caps?
Mids or lows. High caps are bad.
Why are they bad? The only thing deterring me is the noise factor.
Kills all possible realism.
But nothing about Airsoft is realistic. Not even the externals.
You've obviously never held an airsoft gun.
But nothing about Airsoft is realistic. Not even the externals.
:wtc: How are the externals not realistic?
I have. And most ARs are metal, which the real one is not! *Kman1 cannot be held accountable for any other model he did not think of like the AK and Mp5 he's held.*
I have. And most ARs are metal, which the real one is not!
Real ARs have metal receivers. I've held a real C7 before, the receiver was metal.
AR's aren't metal? Da fuck you smoking?
Seriously... [editline]03:47PM[/editline] Airsoft can get so realistic that the only thing it lacks is actual explosions, tanks, and ballistic capabilities of real guns (not just their killing power, the way the bullet flies).
WTF, I confused alloy and composite, don't ask how. And please excuse me, I'm sick and somewhat delirious. Nonetheless, I didn't think anyone here was that into realism, I'll just get midcaps anyway. And on a side note, my dad who's shot an actual Ak47/AKM (no Chinese, Romanian or other model) thought the Echo-1 Red Star was an actual Ak when I first went to an Airsoft store.
Thus airsoft guns aren't realistic? Huh...
I smoke Volcano E-Cigs. But they taste like Pineapple. Kman is on a possible opiate.
Well, I am on Antidepressants, among other things ;) And Sweetie, just disregard what I posted earlier.

It's down to ICS, VFC, G&P or CA.
