Sweetie, you do a Vietnam loadout. I wanna do the same but do you use an M16A1 or an M14?
Any terrorist will use any weapon regardless of region. They will use what ever is affordable. Whether it be an UZI, a G36, an AK, etc. They will use any weapon to cause harm. I don't think the modern day terrorist cares what region it's from. As long as it kills, they'll use it.
I don't think it's whether they care what region it comes from or not, it's more so that if they are closer to the region that the weapon is being manufactured, it's more readily-available, and therefore cheaper. In general.
Wait, are AR handgrips from Plastic?
Usually if a gun says "full metal", the one thing you can guarantee on, is that the handgrip is plastic.
Would I be able to make an eastern European terrorist loadout with an AUG or is it always a no to mix Western guns with Warsaw Pact gear? And how would I go about making that loadout without everyone thinking it's a Spetsnaz loadout of some sort?
No red army stars or hammer-and-sickle symbols anywhere, of course. Try using a Skorpion or an MP5K, if you want. The AUG is a pretty good choice, too. For some reason, it's a stereotyped "bad guy" gun.
Sweetie, you do a Vietnam loadout. Ah, wonderful, I think I'm going to do an M14 though. thanks for the help.
Do you have a jungle helmet cover for your helmet?
Do you have a jungle helmet cover for your helmet?
Nope. Don't like how the cover is camo and the rest is OD so I go without it.
Do TM P226 magazines fit the KJW P226?
Anyone want to help me find a good AK 74 for my STALKER loadout? I plan to put black electrical tape over the stock and blue tape on the magazines, based off of a STALKER background. Thanks. :v: The one on Shorty USA looks good.
Dboys or CYMA are great choices.
Dont order from Shorty USA. They suck. I would go with the CYMA .035A or the Dboys RK-01 CYMA http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?products_id=3110 Dboys http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?products_id=2903 Ive got the CYMA, and its great. I love it. But the Dboys is also great. It just happened to be out of stock when I was gun shopping. Ive heard it is higher quality than the CYMA but with slightly worse wiring. In all, Im happy with my CYMA (real wood is a plus). I think they have justa bout the same steel content, as well (alot).
The CYMA one looks the best, but those magazines are disgustingly orange. Would it hurt them if I spraypainted them black? I'd also spraypaint the tip black. I'd put black electrical tape on the stock and blue tape on the magazines, after spraypainting them black. I assume it wouldn't hurt them, but it is just for cosmetic value. Does the CYMA feel nice and heavy? :v:
Yeah, the CYMA is like, seven pounds I'd say. 3.3ish kg for you weirdos. I got a five pack of mid caps for mine, I dont even use the hi cap that came with it. Also, is your avatar a bloodsucker?
Wow, seven pounds...that's gunna be great. :v: And no, it's Cthulu, but you could think of it as a bloodsucker. Although Cthulu would suck your sanity or soul instead of blood. They also both have feelers on their mouths.
Both the Cyma and Dboys are good choices. I have a Dboys and I love her.
I like the look of the Dboys better, but I'd like wood....but that might break. I actually think I'll go with the Dboys. :v: The tape on the magazines/wooden (or in Dboys' case, metal) part wouldn't hurt it right? I assume not. :v: The magazines look like really ugly cheap plastic, any way to buy new ones for it?

I am just used to dinky little Wal-mart guns. :ohdear: Anyway, this would be my first real airsoft gun, all I need besides the gun and its accessories is BBs that aren't cheap and a few extra magazines? This is going with my STALKER outfit. :v:
Trust me, the Dboys 74un is really solid. It's made of steel and wood, no cheapo plastic. Along with BB's and some extra mags, you should get an additional battery depending on how trigger happy you are and a smart charger. Also, get something to protect your eyes. [editline]01:31AM[/editline] And something to protect your teeth as well perhaps so you don't end up like me.
I'll just get the Dboys one since you say it's so good. It's funny because my friends use crappy Wal-mart/hobbytron guns that shoot at like 80fps, when I show up and shoot this at them they're all going to cry.
Do it, its awesome. Allthough, you'll want to sand it down, re-stain it, and seal it to your liking. Unless you like weird red stain. EDIT If you get the CYMA. EDIT My CYMA, with goofy RPK mags. It's worth the cheap price IMO. You Americans can get one for what like $100? After a year of using mine the selector switch is starting to go a little funky, but besides that its going strong. Good range and accuracy for such a small gun too.
About the wooden part, could you make the metal part on the Dboys gun look like that? Ugh, I am split! :ohdear: Dboys or CYMA...you said that the Dboys is considered to be better, so I want to get that, but your wooden thing looks so awesome.
About the wooden part, could you make the metal part on the Dboys gun look like that?
Make your gun look like it's made of wood? Why?
Make your gun look like it's made of wood? Why?
...Because rugged AKs with the war-torn look are sexy.
...Because rugged AKs with the war-torn look are sexy.
Looking like wood makes it war-torn?
Looking like wood makes it war-torn?
Certain types of wood would be considered gritty looking, therefor making it look war-torn. Obviously after a few battles the wood would start to stain and such due to dirt. Metal wouldn't.
Certain types of wood would be considered gritty looking, therefor making it look war-torn.
But why the hell do you want the whole gun to look like it's made of wood?
But why the hell do you want the whole gun to look like it's made of wood?
.....Can you read? "About the wooden part (referring to the wooden grippy thing near the barrel)" The metal equivvilant of the wooden part is what I want to look war-torn.
