Ok, I gotcha. Cause I liked the RPK, but it's kind of costly, and I cant think what pouch could hold its mags, so I'm wondering what I should do?
You could buy a drum mag and not need to carry extra mags? When I run a support weapon, I usually don't wear any tac-gear, I just carry some extra ammo, water, grenades, etc. in my small backpack.
The weapon itself is cumbersome enough, tac-gear doesn't make it any easier.

I imagine an M249 pouch would hold an RPK drum mag just fine.
I have a Swiss Arms backpack, should I just use that?
Here's the backpack I wear:

Probably a little big, see low profile backpack in link above.
I guess I could add that to my cart, thanks.
Now what should I do for an extra mag? I could get a drum, but they're $70.
To be honest, you really wont need more than one drum mag. 3000 rounds is plenty, even for a trigger happy support gunner.
I would maybe toss a 600 round AK hicap or something in your backpack in case you drum jams or the battery dies or whatever.
You're gonna want the drum, thats what sets a support gunner apart from a normal rifleman.
Otherwise you are just carrying an excessively long AK.
Woah, no automerge?
CRA-ZAY.

And I could just use the RPK hicap as a back up.

Seems like a perfect setup to me.
Alright, my cart is RPK, eyewear, drum mag and backpack.

This also tempts me: http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?products_id=2617
All of a sudden, I really really want an SVD.

TBH, unless you are a pretty big dude, or have strong forearms, dont go with the SAW.
Just buy the RPK. Do it. DO IT NOW.
PUSH CHECK OUT. DO IT.

In addition,
RPK is soooo much sexier.

But of course.
The RPKs in my cart, I just meant that it tempted me, and it comes with a 2400 round mag.

It also weighs 13 lbs and is a fucking brick.

Nuh-uh.
At least relative to the RPK, it's ugly as dicks.
If you want a proper SAW, I wouldn't recommend that- get a Para or a Mk 43, I think.
Also, I've heard bad things about UK arms, so I dunno about that drum...
Though the RPK has the advantage in caliber IMO
Though the RPK has the advantage in caliber IMO
The RPK is actually smaller caliber than the M249. 5.45 vs. 5.56.
I'm going to pretend it's an RPK-47.
Are swiss arms rail lights any good?
Shot in the dark, but does anyone have any experience with ACU pant Knee-pad inserts. Those little kneepads you can slip into the pocket of ACU pants instead of wearing external ones.
Very limited, I tried them out, that's all. But they seemed pretty nice.
I've been contemplating a WASATCH like KMan or a CIRAS. Obviously the WASATCH is cheaper but is a CIRAS any major improvement over it? I don't carry too much gear, maybe 5-7 mid caps and a hydration carrier, maybe.
Doth mine eyes deceiveth me, or is this a CIRAS rep? http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?products_id=7170
Seems pretty similar.
That looks like a cross between a CIRAS and an EPC. Leaning heavily towards the EPC. Maybe like the AEPC, which I haven't seen many pictures of. But it's definitely not a MARCIRAS.
