How he fits into that vest should be the question.
Has anyone tried G&G's line of AK's?
More specifically, the Beta Spetz
[img_thumb]http://www.warcraftgames.ca/airsoft-aeg-pics/GNG/largeaykay47spetz.jpg[/img_thumb]
and the AK-47 REC
[img_thumb]http://spetsnazarmysurplus.com/online_store/images/G&G%20AK%2047%20REC%20ED.jpg[/img_thumb]
I've heard really good things about both, but I'm curious as to what facepunch's opinion is on them.
[editline]12:55AM[/editline]
And actually, I'm still undecided between a Kalashnikov-pattern rifle, or an M4-pattern rifle.
if you buy that beta get out, Ak-47 okay
I don't mind the Beta Spetz so much, I just really dislike the amount of rails on that handguard. I couldn't see that being too hard to replace. I like the idea of a "AK-47u" though.
Anyone know where I can possibly get some cheap optics for the AK reciever? Something along the lines of a Kobra sight or something similar.
Need to grab another dump pouch as well as another holster. Anybody know of any good ones? Possibly considering a SERPA rig, but I don't know if there's any for a 1911/2011.

You can get a real kobra sight or a clone one that has some ghosting issues, Ebaybanned had some kobra sights i can't seem to find them.
I want to get a new cut off lever for my Classic Army M15 A4. As far as I've been told it's got a version 2 gear box. Can anyone show me on ASGI which lever I need to get?
[editline]09:57AM[/editline]
I was going to get a Guarder but I don't see one for V.2

All the Cut Off Levers.
Also, looking at the pictures of the assembly, I can't tell what that tiny spring is for.
Alright, so I'm gonna buy this gun:

My first question is, when do they usually restock? And second, I read a couple reviews that I should buy an Intellect Nunchuck Battery because apparently the one that comes with it is shit.
http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?cPath=27_47&products_id=2772
I think it's the right battery. If I'm wrong, correct me.
I saw a couple Kobra sights from a soviet website, but it was pretty fucking expensive.

I know it's a good camo for woodland but I also want to know if it would be good for semi arid grassland too. I've also been thinking woodland Kamysh and Flecktarn might be good choices too.
Also, would I overheat badly with a Condor soft shell jacket in the summer? It can get up to 40 degrees Celsius here. Last summer I was overheating pretty bad in my OD Canadian Forces combats so I can only imagine the Condor jacket would be worse. But it would complete the Captain Price/Task Force 141 style loadout that I'm going for.

They won't be getting JG in stock for a long time because most of the Chinese companies had their factories raided and shut down by the Chinese government. So unless you want to possibly wait a few years for that gun to come back in stock you'll need to find something different like a Combat Machine. You get high quality G&G internals for the price of a Chinese gun.

I'm buying one, they're $200 but they're built like AK's. They never break.

Strong like bear, made of kalashnikov.

i've heard some pretty good things about the JG G36 series, just remember its made of plastic so it will break if you hit it off a tree (accidentally of course) thats how my friends one broke
Yeah the JG's are good in general, pretty reliable but externally you have to baby it a bit more. Just don't be a idiot throwing it around and you will be OK.
Haha, okay thanks guys. You guys helped me a bunch. But is it in stock though? I can't really tell.
http://www.airsoftpost.com/product_info.php?products_id=30789
Call and ask.
Evike's american so i cant help you there phone bills will sting me haha
Woooo it's in stock. I'm gonna order it :D
Thanks a lot, guys.
Does anyone know of a British retailer who has Vietnam style M16's in stock? I seriously can't find one.
I'm buying one, they're $200 but they're built like AK's. They never break.
I'll probably save up for that. Would love to get some SOVIET ENGINEERING up on dat bitch.
Guys, should I get a battery sling?
Would be so much more attractive than my PEQ box and I could have a much larger battery but I'm not sure where to get them.

How much is it?
Full stock all the way, representing.
But I've never heard of that, what does such a thing look like? Or is it just a velcro strap that goes around the stock and holds a battery?

Maybe not that particular look but you get the idea.
That's interesting, to me it looks kind of shotty. If I were you I'd wait to hear from someone that actually has one, but that's just me. That would make me so nervous.
[editline]05:59PM[/editline]
And how much is one?
I'm not sure, I can't find them anywhere.
Then this conversation is a moot point.
Are you sure they sell them and it's not just a custom rig someone made themselves? That's what it looks like to me. To me that looks like a UTG 3-Point-Sling with a velcro sleeve somehow attached to it with a wire running through the brackets.
