They're pretty much the same as they ever were, it's [i]kind of[/i] funny at first but after a while you realize it's just, they start together, they don't know what's going on and then they get separated. You then hear one of them scream really loud and then they laugh for about 2 minutes. They then look at the characters for about 2 minutes spouting [b]mister man[/b] in any way they can.
You could get a better experience just doing this with your actual friends, not watching strangers play games with each other

No one really beats them at let's plays because no one beats them at creating a fantastic atmosphere of a perpetual genuinely interesting adventure, while having every possible occurrence happen to them.
You are always wondering what is going to happen next, while at the same time enjoying the present and the past.

I play games with my friends and have the same little inside jokes and have a blast.
These guys are hilarious and play games I'll probably never play and their reactions and little silly things they are just destroying my lungs even after I've already watched all their other videos.
My body wasn't ready.
I also disagree about them being pretentious in their reunited episodes. if anything they seem more energetic and enjoying themselves.
The first episode had somewhat of an awkwardness window at the beginning, but they warmed up pretty quickly.
Now with my comment above, I'm not saying they're not good, they're still funny and it is a good atmosphere, it's just the same pretty much every time. It's all memes now.

I respectfully disagree, their last few episodes were very dynamic, and generally hysterical. Including the part in which Spike imploded into a pile of gore after Barley promised to keep him safe.
