Them forcing themselves to pump out videos on a grueling schedule is what caused them to go on hiatus in the first place. S&B aren't doing this to get money rolling in, it's a S&G's kind of thing and it just so happens that we find their antics stupidly hilarious, and for some reason they put up with us enough to upload a video every now and again.
I like S&B as they are now.

That was to be expected. Any time someone with a moderately-powerful (or weak) server gets a bump from a popular person, it gets swamped, and the original effect is usually lost in the torrent.
Ain't no thing to be worried about, just wait a good year for the hype to die off, and enjoy the good feelings again.
Aparrently There is a lot of hate on Afraid of monsters. I think its just cause its "cool" to hate on "edgy" stuff. I fucking loved afraid of monsters and cry of fear. It was a lot of fun for me. I guess you just cant take it too seriously, cry of fear especially. AoF Did creep me out more tho.

the problem with CoF imo was that it took itself much too seriously with the story and tried too hard to come across like a modern Silent Hill plot, only without being willing to organically recreate the series' usual layered psychological metaphors and plot twists. so it just comes across as a bunch of silly dialogue and hilarious enemy designs and paper-thin metaphors about legs and books with no real framework or reasoning behind any of it, and that kills the bizarre and unnerving atmosphere it tries to cultivate and that in turn ruins the sense of fear. and if you don't got the Fear in Cry of Fear, what's the bleedin point?
like AoM was just "yo theres zombies and youre super nuts it's dark escape the city have fun" and then it was scary cos there was nothing ridiculous and out of place to break it up, in CoF it's "yo there's zombies WAIT STOP THE GAME WHY R THEIR ZOMBIES DURR FIND THE DOCTOR oh wait LMAO this brifcase wants its legs back but it doesnt even have ligs oh and wheELCHAIR r u scared yet"
