Boyfriend: ipod alarm clock, pair of gloves, a new hat, and half of his new ipod touch (we split the cost because he didn't want me to spend that much)
I've got an immediate family of 7 (including myself) and half of them are married, so we pretty much just pick names and all the kids get presents for my parents.

That's just family, I bought for about 7 or 8 friends on top of that too.
