That's pretty agile for a Chinook.
If it's anything like his other picutres he just turned the camera on it's side.
Wish we had more threads like this, nice set of quality pictures you got there!
If it's anything like his other picutres he just turned the camera on it's side.
No I didn't for that picture, That Chinook was even doing loops.
I rated you dumb because you spelled Chinook incorrectly, twice. and because you called the UH-1 a "Griffin". [editline]06:21AM[/editline] That's because you live in certain depths of your computer where knowledge leaves but never enters.
What the fuck? Do you have friends?
Nice Nomad pic. You're also lucky to have seen a Vulcan fly in person, considering that's the only flyable one left in the world.
For the people who don't believe the Chinook is agile:
so i used to go to this every year because i live in Swindon close by. It always sells out fucking fast.
I forgot to mention I got free tickets because I am a lucky bastard, they give out free tickets to ATC/RAF members, we also got to go straight in with hardly any ques.
Any of those? Those are the coolest planes... too bad they didn't get made... and it was not for military.
whatis the name of the airplane that can turn into a helicopter? I used to know it but my mind is having a brain fart right now.
Nice camera
whatis the name of the airplane that can turn into a helicopter? I used to know it but my mind is having a brain fart right now.
The Harrier?
oh wow planes
whatis the name of the airplane that can turn into a helicopter? I used to know it but my mind is having a brain fart right now.
V-22 Osprey.
I'd totally smack that F16's rear end. >:P
whatis the name of the airplane that can turn into a helicopter? I used to know it but my mind is having a brain fart right now.
They're called tiltrotor aircraft, and I think the only real functioning one that's out of concept stages right now is the V-22.
I have some more photos of my Sqn if you want me to add them(Used most of the good photos of planes unless you want to see about 5 photos for each plane). Gonna dissapeer in a hour to go to ATC.
Why does England even have a military in the first place? If anything happens, we (U.S.) will just bail you out.
liked the chinook a lot XD
Why does England even have a military in the first place? Josie's pretty fuckin' hot.
Josie's pretty fuckin' hot.
You got that right.
Part 1 of the Red Arrows display
You got that right.
You hittin' that or what, op?
It's like a big convention of aerial dick stroking.
I wish we had these here where I live. A few years ago we had an airshow featuring ww2 airplanes, if you paid the fee, you could fly in a b-25 or some other plane, I don't remember what they had
I went as a civilian because my sqn wasn't going but took my 3822 to get into the good bits. (ATC Cadets should know what that is) Anyway, here are the photos I took.
American UAV
I start learning how to fly those at the end of next month, and I'm pretty darn excited for it. I've never seen a black one before though, they look look awesome like that. Predators are scary stuff. They've got incredible surveillance and targeting equipment on board, and also can carry a healthy amount of hellfire missiles. They're also quite resistant to radar. So, a Predator is basically an invisible flying robot that can see you anywhere and shoot missiles while its operator sits comfortably in the cockpit a few hundred miles away. Though I really don't know a whole lot about them yet. A lot of the UAV program is still under wraps. I'm a little bit sad to say that the more I learn about them, the less I'll be allowed to say.
I didn't realize that would be so big.
I always figured it was that big And eagle eye confirmed it
