Humanity is awesome but also sucks, because it's ruined by assholes.
Assholes by my definition are people who consciously play part in making people's lives worse in order to make theirs better. The degree to which they are assholes is dependent on how many people they affect, and how much they really needed the resources they claimed as theirs.
Everyone should be able to have a decent standard of living, enough clean food and water, shelter, work, and other crucial things to leading a comfortable life. But assholes fuck with the balance, and so we have people who are too rich for their needs, while others struggle daily and don't get shit.
