I can't stand outside and shoot because big road, and the backyard is only 5x5 meters-ish, and my house is like 5x10 meters long so I can't really be inside either, unless I stand in the bathroom shooting through the entire house, which I won't do because of well, go figure.
Have any neighbors or friends with more space?
The friends I'm comfortable of bringing my gun to close where I live also have small backyards, or a just as small house as mine (my neighbor), or in general small houses. I could bring it to Nommi or some other friend, but then the only problem is that it's at least 150 miles to them.
I have the same problem, I wish I lived in the country so I could go plink all day.
I could plink all day, but for me and a lot of other people the joy of it wears off after a few years and you end up just lousing around the house with them instead like you would have anyway.

While this may be true, neighborhood kids stop and bother me anytime I try shooting BB guns or airsoft in my backyard.
And my two neighbors have lots of dogs and I'm always worried of a stray round hitting one and me getting in a bunch of shit(or rather them trying to say I was shooting at their dogs).
My neighborhood is full of dicks, I may eventually record a video but I'd have to do it at a friend's place.

My trick was always to shoot at an outdoor target from indoors. If you stand far enough inside, you'll be shooting at targets almost right outside your door, and if you do it from some elevation, stray shots will simply hit the ground next to where you're aiming.
I have a golf course to serve as my range, and trees conveniently place at 100-200ft away from my patio door, I just have to go out there while there are no golfers so they don't think I'm shooting at them and panic.
