Oh no! He pulled ALL THREE CARDS!That means its Child Abuse Time! At least the kid is lucky it isnt anything too bad like dragging him everywhere in a store.
Oh god, I couldn't watch that anymore when I he was forced to drink that sauce. That is fucking heartbreaking. Poor boy :smith:
Guess I'd better had a cold shower since I'm somewhat cold-proof instead of my father beating the hell out of me madly with whatever object he saw for everything wrong all my childhood..
Man I hated it when teachers never let us sword fight. Shit was so tight.
Seems that none of you realize how much worse this could have been. Plenty of parents use hot sauce, not just her. And what's so bad about a cold shower? She definitely could have handled this better, there's no doubt there. But this really isn't that bad.
My parents hit me with a belt, made me drink hot sauce, and made me eat soap. I feel for this kid :|
God that pissed me off no end. ARHSGHGH
Saw this on TV, i should recorded it :3:
"Hello my name is Jessica *Dum dum dum dum dum*"
I wonder if child services ever got involved with this issue.
what an ugly haircut just makes her even more of a cunt
What the fuck, I did a lot of stupid shit as a kid (later finding out I had a severe case of the ADHD), which means I got a lot of punishment, but seriously, for the most part, punishment doesn't help. The only reason I behave better now than what I did as a kid is because I became a more logical being. It happens to everyone. I'm willing to say that this is one of the things you learn simply by living. Of course, you kinda have to explain the kid what's wrong and what's right, but that doesn't mean you should take away bits of their childhood and make it horrible. Instead you tell the kid "Hey, you did something bad. Don't do that, as it does have bad results", and then you give the kid an ice cream and pet him on the head as you let him watch TV. Sure, he will probably do the same thing again, but it's a kid. He'll understand why not to do certain things after doing it enough. Some times, letting the kid take the real consequences may be the best option. (Fighting -> Apologizing, Destroy stuff -> Get replacements, shit on the floor -> clean it up etc.)
I don't get it. He held hot sauce in his mouth, big deal. I eat hot sauce with everything since I was his age and younger. He got to take a cold shower, congratulation. I've taken plenty of cold showers and not because we ran out of hot water, its because we didn't have a hot water heater. The kid was a brat in school and he lied to his mom, he could have avoided the consequences and did you not notice he knew what was going to happen if he got in trouble. I wasn't a good kid but, I had the common sense not to get cought, but when I did get caught doing something bad I accepted the consequences and moved on with life. On the other hand, I don't think she should yell in his face so much. That shit just pisses me the fuck off, I would have slapped her. The punishment would have been fine and an explanation of why he got it. Smooth talk and consequence is how you raise a kid, not yelling and harsh punishment(like being hit with a 2X4 board over your ass until it breaks).
When he's a teenager, she's dead.
Kid deserved it. Who pulls 3 cards really? Such a bad kid. Deserved a cold shower with hot sauce in his mouth at the same time.
maybe cut a bit of his dick off too
I can get the cold shower, I would probably do the same to my kid, but not that young of an age. The fucking hot sauce though. Oh god, I would fucking slap that woman around and make her drink an entire bottle of hot sauce before locking her in a freezer. Fucking Mormons, and I have to be living in their home state.
Bitch.
My friend had to pull a card for yawning.
These seem more like dares than punishments. Bobby, is this an F on your report card? Time for the CINNAMON CHALLENGE.
I hate the fact that he's an adopted foreign boy from Russia. Think what's going through this kid's mind. He had a rough time in Russia, got sent to the states (I presume) to get adopted and live a life here. Here's Kristoff, all sad he has to move to a completely different culture than his own. He get's adopted by this lady. Okay, so this is fine, I guess. But then he gets ridiculous punishments? Bam, he believes this culture is backwards.
I was adopted from russia, Its usually at a very young age. Most Adopties dont even remember their time in russia. I still want to find my real parents.
Sorry if I'm late but I just need to say: You can't get sick by being cold. That is all.
http://forum.blockland.us/index.php?topic=135632.0 Mother of child? Also, I think if i was the kid, i would spit that hot sauce at here face, slap her, run the hell away.
I'm Mormon, my parents never really punished me for this kind of stuff.. This is just abuse. [editline]11th December 2010[/editline] Having kids should be a privilege, not a right.
