No unless you ally with the Greens.
The Himis are a strange little stickfigure race from the Alien's planet. They have been trained by the Greens to be war machines. The Aliens liked thier small size, because they could get into small spaces. This allowed them in the beginning war of the Humans VS Aliens to kill important figures. The Himis would escape with a trace.
