I mean it's a lot of effort just for a gimmick, but I can't hit 'em for putting effort into it. Most big Jap youtubers that do this kind of thing don't use actual VA's and instead just use Vocoloid T2S or another T2S service.

In theory one person could do all this, the hardest part was probably the initial setup. To make a new video one would spend most of the time just cleaning up mocap jitter (made easier by investing in a decent mocap rig, they're not that expensive these days anyways) and adding facial expressions. Then just do the basic audio/video editing as all youtubers do and upload. Not that many extra steps involved, not much room for teamwork either. I could see a second person being the brains behind it all with the girl just being there to act, but there's no reason why she couldn't do everything (although with her English proficiency I'm not so sure).[/QUOTE]
