I can make bigger waves than that by jumping in a fucking swimming pool.
Yeah, but the waves would be really weak. Why can people not understand that?
I can make bigger waves than that by jumping in a fucking swimming pool.
Are you a dump truck?

I am far more worry about chile than hawaii
Haiti, then Chile, then Madeira, now this. Except "this" never actually happened.
Need a shit, brb.
Nobody gives a shit because America is all that matters bro.
But I live in America
I was hoping for a big wave, a nuclear explosion and got nothing so far. Im holding my fingers crossed for Godzilla.

Is that swimming pool in the middle of the desert?
But I live in America
Well then its only cool places like Hawaii that matter.
I was ignoring the feed for a bit and I had the volume turned down and I decided to check it again, I saw broken cars everywhere etc, shat bricks and then realized that its about the earthquakes
wait, why aren't we giving more of a shit about Chile?
wait, why aren't we giving more of a shit about Chile?
Yeah this. its kinda stupid. I havent heard a single thing about chile other than the fact that there was an earth quake there.
If you watch the news during natural disasters, can you really expect any different? Put it this way: If there was a tsunami heading toward your home town, and there was also a natural disaster happening in some other country, you'd be more concerned about learning about your own area first. What's going on there is indeed horrible, but it's not as relevant to what's happening at your doorstep.
Yeah this. its kinda stupid. I havent heard a single thing about chile other than the fact that there was an earth quake there.
Hawaii > Chile That is all.
i fucking love the thread title [editline]03:11PM[/editline]
Hawaii > Chile That is all.
yeah, and that generally a relatively unimportant South American country isn't cared about when the other affected country is one of the if not THE most important country on earth
I think the death toll so far is like 214, which is more than that guy who crashed his cike or whatever [editline]07:12PM[/editline] it's not really that affected, whereas Chile is kinda fucked up at the moment
Hawaii > Chile That is all.
you actually suck at trolling
I think the death toll so far is like 214, which is more than that guy who crashed his cike or whatever [editline]07:12PM[/editline] it's not really that affected, whereas Chile is kinda fucked up at the moment
surprising that Chile doesn't have a death toll of unbelievable numbers...they get an 8.3 or whatever it was on land, and they're fine, if California (which I can assume is quite a bit more stable in every way) gets that giant one, I'd love to say we'd actually do quite fine.
you actually suck at trolling
What is this trolling you speak of good sir?
surprising that Chile doesn't have a death toll of unbelievable numbers...they get an 8.3 or whatever it was on land, and they're fine, if California (which I can assume is quite a bit more stable in every way) gets that giant one, I'd love to say we'd actually do quite fine.
They're supposed to be quite used to this sort of thing, and have strict building codes
they've had a worse earthquake before that's why
wait, why aren't we giving more of a shit about Chile?
because chile is full of spanish people and no one cares about spanish people
They're supposed to be quite used to this sort of thing, and have strict building codes
that's true, but so is california
because chile is full of spanish people and no one cares about spanish people
And everyone loves America.
The first pictures of the tsunami damage are now starting to trickle in. Not for the weak of heart. http://imgkk.com/i/S7S.jpg
Because Chile already happened and we only care about Hawaii because we thought we'd get to watch it happen. [editline]05:25PM[/editline]
The first pictures of the tsunami damage are now starting to trickle in. Not for the weak of heart. http://imgkk.com/i/S7S.jpg
Oh god... poor man...
The first pictures of the tsunami damage are now starting to trickle in. Not for the weak of heart. http://imgkk.com/i/S7S.jpg
Oh fuck oh fuck how are they ever gonna repair the water damage done to that deck.
that's true, but so is california
Yes, but I'm arguing Chile over Hawaii in priority of concern, not Chile vs. California I'm sure we'd be shitting ourselves over a quake this big in Cali, as most of it would end up sinking [editline]07:31PM[/editline]
Because Chile already happened and we only care about Hawaii because we thought we'd get to watch it happen. [editline]05:25PM[/editline] Oh god... poor man...
We still don't really know everything, partly because the media at large has been busy. I was concerned for Hawaii too. Hell, I still have a cam going in case something does happen.
