The guys who did this vine responded ages ago. There was apparently a homicide in their area and the guy doing the kicks was being detained for his own security while they were searching the area. His friends got the footage of him and added it to a vine.

I remember the devs of a recent Lego game faced a similar situation where they attempted to make penis-detecting technology.
Turns out it was just too difficult, because people would just find creative solutions like constructing the penises in multiple layers behind eachother v:v:v
Instead, a conventional report system was used.

Albert knows only the letter and Bernie knows only the number. Neither of them know the pad.
Since 5 and 6 only have 1 pad, it cannot be B5 or A6 since Bernie would have known which pad it'd be.
Since D has 3 elligible pads, it's impossible for them to discern the correct pad through only knowing that Bernie can discern the correct pad through the sheer knowledge of knowing that Albert doesn't know and eliminating numbers 5 and 6.
Knowing this information, Bernie can safely eliminate the tracks with 3 eligible panels on their paths.
This leaves A2, A3, C1, C3, and B4 as options.
To avoid a logical gridlock, we must eliminate A2, A3, C1, and C3 from the pool and are left with B4.
You then proceed to a trolley problem where you must weigh the lives of 20 trolley riders against 50 people strapped to the tracks in the distance.
I don't have time to do puzzles, just let all the people tied on the tracks die and be done with it
