Thanks to Occam's razor you can safely assume it is fake, it'd be really easy to grab that footage and comp the movement in using After Effects or other editing software. Much more likely than someone finding a way to make that green screen interactive in any way, or bothering to edit whatever looping background footage they use.

If you ever looked at the texture files of Fakefactorys Cinematic mod for HL2, it was aaaall just upscaled normal textures with extreme sharpening on. Boy that sure was a mod.
