nobody can tell you if you're in love or not, but how long have you been with this girl? when you start a relationship, hormones are released whenever you're around the person you're interested in, causing lots of people to be clingy early on in relationships. it takes several months (6 months at least iirc) before those hormones fade or stop being produced as much. early on in relationships you're just experiencing infatuation, not love.

You'll feel it pretty bad in your chest, stronger than just lust or affection.

Just ask yourself some questions. Like: "Would i want her to be my wife and spend the rest of my life with her?" or "If she became disabled, would i still be there, would i still feel the same for her?". If you answered truthfully "yes" to both of those then you probably love her. But please, don't fool yourself and just rush out an answer. Think about it, imagine the situation first. Although now that i think about it. This would be applicable only after you've known her for some time and actually know who she is.
