So then I saw the video, some Iranian dude burning the Qur'an in protest of the Iranian Muslim government's lack of regard for human rights.

Seems pretty reasonable.

Islam isn't restricted to the Middle East. I'm sure it is perfectly possible to get your hands on a Qur'an in the US.

This is clearly a statement of anti-Islamic beliefs. Once more there is no mention of this guy being Muslim in both the video description and his website. In fact he also seems to resent moderate Muslims.
