I live very near London, I was in Waterloo just today and will be there tomorrow too. The thing is I am practically invisible in crowds, I find them difficult because I have a quiet voice (unless I am pissed) and I'd probably just be some weirdo lurking around and not saying anything. If I knew anyone I could go with I'd probably show up but the only current facepuncher I know IRL is in Denmark.
Oh good lord, I think if you showed up there'd be a mass nerd riot.
i expect it to look like: but with 12-16 year olds.
lol
Oh yay, a meeting with a bunch of 15 year old+ facepunchers, the exact people who hate me, I'll be sure to meet you there! :D

Seriously? Half of Facepunch are serial-killers/rapists/childmolesters/etc. they don't fear they are doing something bad, for they are dead inside...
No, they're really not.
If you're from anywhere other than England don't bother posting
But most of Wales is nearer to london than half of england...
HURR HURR THIS IS FACEPUNCH WE DON'T HAVE FRIENDS OR GIRLFRIENDS OR BEATING HEARTS FOR THAT MATTER LOLOLOLOL! No, that's SERIOUSLY old. That kinda thing used to be true years ago, but people who've been here a while are growing up. You should too. Sorry about that rant. And don't worry about being hidden, I'm about 5ft6. Very small for my age, and I know it. We'll all be protecting each other, it'll be a great time! Nobody has anything to worry about as there'll be people there of all ages.
if you a girl don't go you will get rapped or follow home
No, you won't get followed either.
I live in Wiltshire thats about an hour and a half away from London. As a cardriver too (i am 17) i feel it is my duty. But thus I cannot, cos somethings happening that week. I forgot though. I am disappoint in me.
I have a good suggestion for another meet-up, in London too. Make the meet-up out of the high-season for camping, vacations and so on because with Ryan air from Denmark to London, I could actually take a plane without any trouble at all for a very low and worth it price. (£15-£25?). At least this way the Danes can join in too, but it'll have to be booked like 1-2 months before the meet-up to keep the low price :v: I'm interested in doing this in all seriousness, but not in the high tourist season, since the plane tickets are suddenly like £120. Hope you'll take this into consideration. I'm 17 by the way, with parents who keep me on loose to do what I want to do really since they trust me. Only thing this requires is a place to sleep overnight, maybe a fellow facepuncher? :v: (something that should be spoken about next time, I guess)
Ryanair goes to Denmark now? Copenhagen?
Not sure about Copenhagen, but they do go to Billund and Aarhus for us in Jylland. Not sure about Aalborg or Odense though. It would be awesome meeting some facepunchers though, only met 1 here in Denmark which turned out to be one of the best friendships ever. Anyway check their site and see if you can find any airport near you! www.ryanair.com Keep in mind they're expensive during the summer holidays.
I live in Hackney, I may come if I don't get stabbed.
Because England is awsome.
no. quit it britfag, what about America? or anywhere else. edit: Fuck off britfag's with the disagree ratings, you think i give a shit? the more the merrier you fucking tea-sipping redcoats.
Awww no Copenhagen :( damn that would have saved me a lot of money, the ticket I just bought was £118 on a sale price from SAS. My boyfriend is from there, he's a facepuncher too, although I highly doubt he'd be able to be here for that. I am just a bit shy in crowds which makes em a bit weary about showing up alone. I am alright when it's a small group but with a proper meet up I'd be useless! :D I highly doubt you're all rapists and psychos it's just how I always am. I could always show up pissed but I don't think that'd be a good idea either.
Aslong as you're over 18 you can show up pissed if you really want to :).
Aslong as you're over 18 you can show up pissed if you really want to :).
I'm 20 so age isn't a problem :D I just make a fool of myself when I drink too much. I have a high tolerance but once I'm past that it's pathetic.
Hahaha, well if you do tell us and we'll happily laugh at you, or with you :)
Awww no Copenhagen :( damn that would have saved me a lot of money, the ticket I just bought was £118 on a sale price from SAS.
You're not paying that much to go to a meet-up are you? Ah, you paid for your boyfriends ticket? Or did I misunderstand something? Anyway, I think you'll be just fine going to a meet-up with facepunch, a lot of us are really nice people. (Notice, a lot.) And I think a lot of users on here would respect you for showing up as the only girl.
*Nobody comes*

LAN party will be a good activity.
Man I'd love to come to one of these things, but I can a) Never be asked to turn up, or b) Have no method of transport.
Uhm, so what exactly do you plan to do if you're not 18+? You won't get away with underage drinking in London.
Not true, i'm 15 and know plenty of shops i can buy alcohol. I have also been drunk in London alot, its not a big deal and police don't give a shit.
Shit, I was getting excited, because I thought there was a really slim chance this was held at London's in Manchester... I would have picked people up :(.

I was just curious when you said you could use Ryanair in general because I didn't think they went to Denmark. I'm sad they don't go to Copenhagen :( As I said, I'm pretty silent in crowds so I am not sure. It also depends on the day.
Well we could just be social, get out doors, get some fresh air, tour around London together whilst getting to know other people we've just met.
oh boy we can wander around a tiny city that sur sounds fun
