I saw it in the bad deviantart thread first, i told the creator it looks like glass, he thought I was crazy.
Wings, face, and tail all look fucking terrible. Red parts look somewhat like actual scales so that's okay. But the other grey parts just look like rubber and those lines going across look really dumb. It's also too shiny as a whole.

Also anthro so that's a "no" from me.
Source playermodels are limited to the default skeleton, so you're restricted to those proportions or you'll break everything
But yeah that thing would look way nicer with some better specular, and the texture in general
