Shore AA hardness of 7 is probably what you would want too, which I think is what they consider their hardest

with the proper tools its actually not -that- hard though. you're not looking for like precision cutting.

The threads on the shifter are universal. I figure all I would have to do I drill a hole slightly smaller then the shifter threads and then just twist it on.

eh im sort of like that, i'd love to be in a relationship thats not physical, at least at first, i hung out with guys in highschool who were going through a GF every semester and it never appealed to me

Nothing wrong with that, and I can't say I get it either. Like, it's an easy way to get laid, but I don't see the importance of getting laid all the time. I wouldn't mind spending the rest of my life with an asexual, but apparently that's "weird" and "stupid" because I won't be getting any sex.
I know there's a way to have a relationship without sex, and I'm pretty sure I could be happy about it. If you love someone enough, you sure as hell could give up sex for that person, right? If you can't, then you're basically putting sex higher than your girlfriend/boyfriend.

You have to be careful to make sure to test fit the shaft on your shifter though and make sure to mark which side faces forward. You don't want your car to have a sideways dick do you? :v:
