Somewhat, if you have some decent programming knowledge. In my case, it was rather hard.
I'm a beginner Java coder (probably enough to print "hello world"), and Pebble relies on knowledge on C, I kind of got the hang of it after several hours, although all I did was make the time and date to display. Anything from online to display on the watch, such as weather, requires some knowledge on Javascript.
Finding a watchface and installing one is very easy, however.
The Pebbles C API is actually pretty straightforward compared to writing C from scratch and has a nice SDK for being web based (although you can use Linux if you chose).
The official tutorials are pretty nice as well.

Why look it at the dark way?
So, I've been reading the Requiem series and I'm really liking what I've read so far. It's a fairly dark and depressing setting, but I feel that it serves to emphasize the fact that dragons are seen as little more than monsters. I do feel that the author of the books doesn't do deaths of characters too well though.
i just started watching the legendz anime and its hilarious and cute, the horrible engrish that happens sometimes is great
