You could find something as close to that aspect ratio as possible then upscale it with waifu2x or something like that.

While it's surprisingly good it still sucks that all there is are source files. I tried looking for a binary since I'm not really fond of compiling the stuff but I couldn't find anything.
The website works fine but it's pretty inconvenient because of my shit upload speed and filesize limits.

There's binaries around, it's just a pain in the ass to find the right one
There's one that only does CPU (Slow as shit)
One that does GPU, but it's Japanese
Somewhere there's an english version of that

The CPU option works but despite the .dll being placed in the folder the CUDA one refuses to work due to "missing drivers"
That's just the weirdest thing. I couldn't get that program (or any similar ones) to work since I swithced to Win10. Worked fine in Win7.
That was months ago, so I tried again earlier today, installed that vcredist again (because I suspected the error there) and still nothing. I tried again just now, downloaded vcredist for the second time today and when trying to install it gave the option to 'repair'. Did that, and now it works :mystery:

Ignore the check button in the gui, that always says the dll is missing for me :v:

Hahah it worked, thanks. I had to manually download drivers from the nvidia site, I always thought I was on the latest drivers because I thought it would update if I checked for updates through geforce experience but that thing is such a bloated and broken piece of shit, which I literally only keep because of shadowplay.
