I'm not a furry or a dragon-RPer or anything but I really just appreciate and admire dragons. They're just so fuckin' rad.
And most people I know think they're just another mythical creature and that all dragons are just fire-breathing mountain-sitters and I'm just like 'no mang, they're so vast and varied and awesome'

The thread actually was created with the specific intention to talk about the mythical creatures.
But then like 3 versions in it began to change focus.

Well IIRC somebody posted porn in the first version and from there it just continued. Eventually it was banished to Fast Threads because of shitposting (people saying "rrerr" in a post and nothing else and shit like that). Since we got back into GD the porn has mostly subsided (mostly because embedding it is no longer allowed).
