Aye, but unless you're so heavily into dragons you cannot fight any dragon in a game, you won't really develop any sort of emotional attachment.
Especially after it's chewed your face off for the 70th time.

The only legit dragons in the game are Kalameet and the Everlasting dragon, though; Kalameet is optional and the Ash Lake derg cannot be killed.
You could kill, sorta guilt-free, the Gaping Vagina, Seath (because he's a massive cunt) and then the several undead dragon bottoms in hell and dumb wyverns and JUST GET THE GAME

think Paarthurnax from skyrim, the voice was down brilliant. It sounded powerful, booming with great emphasis, his words rumbled and his voice was deep and really helped characterized the idea of a dragon.
