Every time I see a furry dragon I always wonder about the aerodynamics of fur.
I suspect it isn't great at all but I can't seem to find much on google.
What I did find was this:

which, assuming dragon wing membrane is similar to a bat's wing membrane (patagium), shouldn't have much if any fur at all. Then again, I remember some animals have fur on their wings to tell them of wind turbulence and everything... and owls even have serrated edges for silent flight.

If you want to get that technical, you can pretty much scrap dragon as a flying creature completely :v:
