Meant actually getting unto the website just once so that the site knows you are there.
I believe it has what many webpages do and that is checks your login status to determine if your valid for the link or picture.

Yeah that is/was only for the DMT, and that was the agreement that was made with the mods so that the DMT could continue existing (hence "keep your pants on edition").

Outside of the DMT, the rules have changed a few times. Mostly varies on how garry feels.
