Watching more ads than yu gi oh at this rate.
Yeah, this is dumb. I have prime but does it matter? Nope, I get to sit through a "will be right back" screen for 2 and a half minutes every 3. Fuck this.
This is how you dont marathon
I really like the part where you get ads before the credits, the credits roll, then you get ads again. Technically Twitch is violating their own ToS as well. You aren't supposed to play ads more than once every 8 minutes. The "play ad" button shouldn't work more than that if I remember correctly? They had to have put an override in place to allow it.
Is this many ad breaks normal for american television?
Is this many ad breaks normal for american television?
depends on the show really

Looks like they're playing YGO episode 1 again?
Looks like they're playing YGO episode 1 again?
im pretty sure they reset it for EU people
im pretty sure they reset it for EU people
Yeah, see, this explanation doesn't sit right with me seeing as though episode 1 just started playing for the second time in a row. Pretty sure someone messed up and the admins are trying to justify it when even they don't know. [editline]23rd October 2017[/editline] Ok never mind, I'm confused.
Yeah at this point there are so many ads/breaks (you still get the breaks with Twitch Prime) that I'm gonna stop watching it for now. I'll also make sure to not waste my free prime subscription for this shit show again, it's not worth the emotes imo.
Vigilante2470 banned again. RIP any interest I had in RWBY
I don't get why. Why not just have ads between episodes? Why interrupt the episodes 4-5 times in a row??
Is this many ad breaks normal for american television?
This is somehow worse, but it's not far off
Is this many ad breaks normal for american television?
Yeah, it's exactly why I don't watch TV anymore.
wtf happened in this thread? What does RWBY even stand for? why does it look like someone capturing ingame footage? WHY?
Could you not insult video games like that. Especially when PS2 games can look georgous. It might be running on an emulator, but that was designed for currently 16 year old hardware.
It looks like they may have produced the amount of ads. I just took a quick peek back in, and there was a spot where an ad break clearly should have been and there was no ad break. I guess they listened to the feedback?

I still don’t know why RWBY looks so shite. It’s pre-rendered, you could make it look like anything if they actually put the effort in to actually have shaders that looked... good?

I tried watching but damn, you guys weren't just joking around about those ads wth

I was so hyped to binge watch this entire series from my childhood but 4 ads inbetween the episodes plus this really isn't worth it.
who the hell thought 6 ad breaks per show would be watchable, i wish i didnt have amazon prime but i have it for other reasons than ad free.
