Demo itself is only first person. I'm not sure if the actual game itself will be the same.

considering sh4 the room, it wouldn't be that weird if the full game was in first person
but considering hideos experience with mgs, it's probably in third person

I honestly wouldn't mind if they gave an option. Especially if it supports the Sony VR tech it would be pretty interesting.
