The trunk is tiny:

About 17" deep is the lowest point at the bottom of the spare tire well. I want the whole trunk to act as an enclosure for my 12", 10", and their amps. You can make it look however you want, I'm not picky.
Are the 12" and 10" both rockford fosgate? if so, the 10" would be in a ported, and the 12" in a sealed, so it'd be a complex enclosure with 3 directional changes, which is tough considering how small that trunk is. I could do it but it wouldn't sound the way it should. You'd be better off focusing on just the 12, or just the 10. What kind of amps are you running?
TO build what you want and leave a 6" space between the trunk lid and the stuff (to allow for the trunk hinges to swing down) would be a bit costly considering the floor of that trunk is probably made of thick cardboard Im guessing. It would need to be replaced, but nevertheless, I'm always into trying new things. IF I have to use fiberglass it gets expensive, but the box could be built of MDF and assembled in the trunk. I couldn't really do it away from my shop and I'd need the car here so I can fit everything in. I can't really build the box and send it to you, it has to be done as is in the car, so if you want to take the trip, I'll do it. I charge for materials, which in this case would be about $50 worth of wood since you already have the wiring and speakers. Then I'd see how long it took me, probably about 8 hours total to make a nice piece. I'm thinking something ultra flush and flat, but right at the level of that trunk latch in the bottom of the picture so it looks like it was built like that stock. I would probably charge about $200 total to make that look like that, and if you wanted it carpeted, $220. I think that's fairly cheap and reasonable no?
Also why is your amp sitting loose? Screw that sucker down.

I'll stick with the 12 then, but I'll be swapping it out with a nicer sub. The amp is going to be a Pioneer GM-7200M. 200 sounds pretty reasonable to me. Where are you located?
help a conker out yo, my subwoofers are apparently spittin bass and vocals, :v:
though i dont think my car has any rear speakers, just these two subs
and they may not even be subs :v:
also what does an amp to exactly, let me turn up the volume more before i hit the megashitspeakerssound level

keeps the headunit from setting your car on fire when using a sub or high-end speakers

No, an amplifier acts as a source of power while providing a signal from your head unit.
It's kinda what I meant
the amp takes the punch, not the headunit

Located in SF bay area,
Also what do the speakers you have look like, are they oval? or big circles? If they are big circles, they could be subs. They are meant to only output lower frequencies, your problem may be that there is no amplifier attached to them. They will spit out bass and vocals, but an amplifier has a frequency gate that keeps them from doing that. The amp will have a 3 way switch, High, Low, and a full. Make sure it's set to low, and turn the crossover all the way down.

I just got a really old Sony Xplod at work today for free. Don't know for sure if it works, but I can't see why it wouldn't. Saved it from getting put through a shredder.

Good price.
I went through 6 Sony Xplod subs, all different models that spontaneously just stopped working, 2 decks that did the same, and 10 or so customer's decks that junked out. The one good thing it has going for it is the advanced skip resisting. So if you have a really low car and go over speed-bumps, it won't skip with a cd. It's alright, but doesn't save the rest of it. Let me know what you think.
