Russia still haven't played.
They played last night, won 8-2. Canada won 8-0. It's going to be close but Canada will win it.
These Olympics are jinxed
I'm I the only one who gets reminded of Frozone when they see Shani Davis?
Also the USA has 12 medals. :fsmug:

It was the hair.
It slows his descent so he has more time to do tricks
damn shaun!
Didn't think he would go all out on a victory lap. He's fucking epic.
His video games though, not so much.
To be honest, America doesn't deserve the 12 medals. They just take them for granted. -.-

I like watching the crashes in skiing and the likes.
Snowboard cross and half pipe were fucking awesome.
I always hated how the U.S. always garnered more medals by sheer number of athletes. Its not to say they don't deserve them, but when you could potentially win Gold, Silver, and Bronze at the same time* in one event, it makes you wonder. I get that its about the athletes and not the countries, but the IOC is a bunch of hypocrites and retards anyway so we know better than to think that. I might be alone, but I always felt a rule stating that only one athlete/team from each country can participate in any one event.
*Has this ever happened?

My bad then :p
They're also playing tonight. Midnight - Eastern Time, 9PM - Pacific. Canada plays too.
Another Gold for Canada yeeeaaah.
Fuck yeah, Canada won another gold. We're making a comeback.
If anyone is interested, here is a link to a javafx file that can give you the schedule with the ability to have it list it all under your time zone. Also it tells you what country won what for that day in whatever event.

Also it just gives you the current event and few upcoming events. Not the perfect tool but can be used to quickly take a look

Why does it matter how many athletes a country brings? The best win the medals, not the most. If a country sweeps the podium, its because they had the best athletes. If a country doesn't have enough people to do the same, then they should train some more.
BTW, Pavelski has been such a boss for USA. Malone-Pavelski-Kessel has easily been USA's best line so far.
China owns at hockey

they'll take the gold

Oh I get that. I know that if one country wins all three medals it just means that one country, by chance, had the top three athletes in the world. But the Olympics are pretty much a fest pit for nationalism these days and it'd be nice if the IOC would adapt to that. It gets annoying when people base their country's "superiority" (Not that sports represents anything, really) on a medal number game.
At any rate, fuck you Switzerland, Canada's taking revenge.
man that was an intense game
Medal counts and hockey scores are updated. They will be updated again in the morning.
