only thing I liked was the steam theme, the rest was all a waste of resources to me. The only gadgets I use is an all in one thing that tells me ram, cpu usage, time/date and my external ip, twitter and a bandwidth monitor.
Didn't you read the thread? There are no resources being wasted.
Well, as I said, 100kb. That's what Google Desktop uses.
That is all resources being used.

I dont care, because I can't log in to that account anymore.
If you really wanna pimp out your computer get Windows7 and figure out how to port the Compiz Fusion effects to it, also get one of the million OSX Dock clones out there, because everyone needs a resource-hogging waste of screen estate with icons which look gay when you put your mouse over them :smug:
(Coming from the guy with a dock himself)
Sigh.
Read the OP, and read the thread.
THERE ARE NO "RESOURCE HOGS"!! GOOGLE DESKTOP TAKES 100KB, AND THAT'S ALL!
AND I HAVE WINDOWS 7 - BUT IT LOOKS TO AWESOME TO BE CHANGED!

You. Stop acting like the king of the place. All you did was put a theme and some icons on. Pointless to make a tutorial.
My two cents: I hate raping my system's I keep the default. Just my opinion.
