Holy crap, that was amazing.
Excellent job. You really captured the scenery of Liberty City, and those graphics rape my xbox version.
How did you make it so that the camera can go far away from Niko?
377 Gigs? Fuck.
You should have gotten a trainer to accelerate the timescale, but that wouldn't look as good as this does.
Haha, car crash at 1:06.
Wow that's sweet. You must have one hell of a rig to play on those settings. I love the motion blur =)
That was fucking beautiful, great job!
i loved the part where it was following the taxi, amazing video
Holy shit that was amazing, great job.
377 GB of clips? Holy christ.
That was actually quite good.
Reminds me of the original time lapse from Rockstar themselves, I loved it!
How did you make it so that the camera can go far away from Niko?
It didn't, it's possible as close as it can be to him, cause well it's in first person. I grabbed a bike, then found a good location and went into first person. [editline]08:42AM[/editline]
Excellent job. I made a little commandline folder which gave me unlimited memory, so everything is maxed out. Textures, shadows, view distance, EVERYTHING! All the time i was recording with 10FPS and sometimes it couldn't even get that far up... :krad2: man, awesome job! [editline]10:00PM[/editline] Really shows how alive Liberty City is and how pretty looking it is too.
Wow that was awesome! Really made me think that Liberty City is a real place, with all the people and cars driving around and everything. Brilliant!
What a "Glorious" video [sp]lolpun[/sp] Also PLing, I always always read your posts in James May's voice.
This is so beautiful.
1:07, I lold, the cars got stuck in the middle
I hate muse, but it was very fitting. I loved it. Extraordinarily well done man, major props.

Wow, I'm fucking STUPID. I thought that he used a camera mod to make it so that the camera can escape the circle around Niko. I fucking actually thought that he rendered this frame by frame in the Video editor. I'd guess rendering frame by frame a video like this would take a fucking week, at least. [editline]05:05PM[/editline] Also, does such mod exist that allows the camera to escape Niko's circle? That would be ferpect.

When you're in the video editor in the PC version of GTA IV, you can use something called a Freecam. Meaning, instead of the camera being locked on something, you can move the camera around freely. However, you cannot move the camera too far away from Niko or else the game will bitch. I wish there was some modification that made it possible to escape Niko's range, just so you can get some nice shots that are otherwise impossible or hard to do.
Really enjoyed it, well done.
Du er jo DANSK! :O fed video!!!
