Whenever I get my sleeping schedule fucked up, I drink coffee and stay up until a reasonable sleeping time (around 9 - 11). Sometimes I stay up from 18 - 36 hours trying to get my schedule right.
If you know an ADD kid or whatever, buy some speed off them.
The best way isn't to just stay awake for ages one day, it's to slowly adjust your sleeping patterns.
Shift your sleeping/waking up times by a few hours each week and you'll eventually get back into a normal routine.
Anything COLD. Warm stuff always starts your sleep.
Something with lots of -rine: Taurine, Caffeine, and the list goes on.
But what really keeps me awake is chewing spearmint gum. Like something REALLY menty.
i usally boil a gallon of strong coffe, but it in a large mug, then i put it in the fridge and drink cold strong coffe keeps me awake all night :v:
