I eat tons of food each day, I'm really skinny.
But I also run 6+ miles each day :smug:
Here's a tip. Join a contact sport, like Rugby or American Football, then no matter what or how much you eat, your gonna get and stay fit. Unless your some linebacker, in which case, the fatter the better.
Join sports, get friends, stay fit, get girls.

"Digestion is the mechanical and chemical breaking down of food into smaller components that can be absorbed into a blood stream"
"In mammals, food enters the mouth, being chewed by teeth, with chemical processing beginning with chemicals in the saliva from the salivary glands. Then it travels down the esophagus into the stomach, where hydrochloric acid kills most contaminating microorganisms and begins mechanical break down of some food"
I have a ridiculously fast metabolism, which causes underweightness. I'm not complaining though. Provided I eat the correct balance of food I can stay within my recommended margin.
That slows down when you age, so this is still good to know
The entire op is vague. Stop messing with your metabolism and just work with it by counting your calories.
Calories in = calories out, you keep your current weight, and you don't gain muscle if working out.
calories in > calories out, you gain weight, muscle if working out
calories in < calories out, you lose weight.

To gain weight eat a lot of foods with proteins - fish, eggs, yoghurts, cereals, soy food, bananas etc. Everything that contains higher amounts of calories and proteins, also take vitamins so food will break down much better and you will gain weight. Eat 5 meals a day with snacks in between and drink 2L of water per day, and schedule exercises.
To loose weight just eat half of what you eat, stay away from fat foods and sweets, lower the amount of salt in your food, drink a lot of water when you are feeling hungry it will help you to kill the cravings, and just schedule exercises.
I also heard that if you drink water it helps speed up your metabolism.
I also heard that if you dont drink water you die
I already eat small meals all day, maybe that's why I'm mostly skinny.
Getting off the computer is a good start too.

The stomach mixes the main digestive juices and food together, it doesn't do the main chemical breakdown and digestion fuck stick the intestines do, the stomach churns to increase active surface area, to speed up the digestive processes for the main digestive organs.
Fancy arguing some more cause I'm willing to pull out sources for my information.
:colbert: Come at me bro I dare ya.
