Why aren't David Mitchell and Jimmy Carr on the Frequent Guests list in the OP? It seems to me like David is on every-other episode, and they're both my favorite guests.

I was curious as to how anyone managed to get that many points, so I just went and watched the episode. That man is truly a genius, he's like a walking encyclopaedia.
